Galleria Passarella, Piazza S. Babila, 1, 20122 Milano MI, Italy

“Staff appeared to do their job but unfortunately not friendly nor helpful. I was denied a refund for a purchase of an unworn item (I returned to store within an hour of purchase). Also I had to return to the store to insist on receiving a tourist tax refund. Poor customer all round.”

Corso di Porta Ticinese, 59, 20123 Milano MI, Italy

“Bianca did my piercing she’s so knowledgeable and knows what she’s doing. She had to redo the marking 3 times since she’s not happy with the placement of the markings. She had to simulate 3 piercing situations. I love it. Will definitely recommend people to do it here. Quick and easy.”

L.o.v.e. - Liberta, Odio, Vendetta, Eternita (il Dito)

P.za degli Affari, 20123 Milano MI, Italy

“L.O.V.E., a thirteen-foot high marble sculpture known colloquially as “that giant middle finger,” created by Maurizio Cattelan, one of Italy’s most important contemporary artists. L.O.V.E. stands in Piazza degli Affari, seeming to flip off the Stock Exchange Building. Artist Maurizio Cattelan didn’t exactly depict a hand that’s flipping the bird, but rather a closer look shows all the other fingers have been chopped off. It can also be interpreted as the artist’s way of saying”f*ck you” to the bankers and financiers who work inside the square’s buildings. My opinion is that the the Bankers say ”f*ck you” to the customers if you look the wright perspective of the Hand. Cattelan created the statue in 2010, and he donated it to the city so long as it was displayed in this piazza.”
