“The A.C. in our room did not work and it was hot weather, so we asked for another room and they moved us to a suite for our 6 day stay for the same price! The indoor heated pool is great and so are the gardens and the terrace of the rooms. It has some minor maintenance issues and the shower splashes too much. They were alwasy available to assist us in whatever we needed and very kind. Location and breakfast are very good. Just be aware that it has no elevators.”

“My name is KIKI. I stayed here for 14 days. My husband and the location is absolutely great on the main Boulevard with the picture of Evita on nearby building. GREAT VIEW !! Make sure to stay above The fifth floor. The rooms are huge. I love the wardrobe it had lots of hangers Which is unusual -usually you get two or three maybe? we had about eight lots of drawers too was able to completely unpack. The front desk was awesome thank you too ANNA, Angie, Natalia, Fabio, and Pablo one lady I know I forgot ( dark hair ) The breakfast I guess is more European style breakfast I paid for it with my stay but never really ate down there.( that I would not due again there ) If you want a full breakfast there are plenty of places around. The staff were all very helpful. The cleaning staff was excellent. One thing I thought was weird that I did not find out till the end there’s a glass wine bottle shaped water in your room but if you drink it they refill it’s not a sealed bottle and it didn’t taste very well so after about a day and a half we bought our own bottled And they charged us for drinking that water. They said it was part of the minibar even though it was not cold or sealed so that was weird. If it was sealed a new bottle every day that would be different. I had two unfortunate mishaps there one that had to do with the hotel, and one that did not , they were both handled with genuine concern from the hotel. I appreciated this very much. Again, thank you ANNA and thank you ANGIE. great big windows and to be on the main Boulevard. You don’t hear any of the outside noise at all. Huge bathroom: great soaking tub with separate shower. Not a real pool (very small ) gym ( not even as big as our room) No one offered to help us with our bags upon entry or exit. Great place to stay I would definitely stay there again. Ps. Only complaint, USB next to the bed did not work, and that was very inconvenient When I told it to Pablo, he said there’s nothing we can do. The pillows were way too soft. I had extra and still sank.. lol. Something that was really awesome that we were not expecting is we were able to check in when we arrived , our room was ready and clean.”

“I wish Google reviews had 0 stars. - The rooms were dirty and not cleaned upon check-in. (Dirty sheets, tables, hair on every furniture) - The heating malfunctions. Room temperature reached close to 30 degrees Celsius at some point at night during the month of May which is not too cold. At other times, it failed to kick in and the room was extremely cold due to poor insulation. - Window mechanisms are broken so you can’t open some windows. Same applies to the toilet flush. The toilets are so bad that they can’t even flush a mosquito. - Breakfast quality is extremely low, plates and cutlery missing so we utilized bowls. It is very difficult to mess up coffee in Argentina and this hotel succeeds in it. - They sell views only. The views come however with a road that is always busy and loud due to the aforementioned insulation. - Front desk is as capable as the Argentinean government when it comes to inflation.”

“the place is very beautiful but the cabins are bunched together and so they offer very little privacy: you can hear your neighbors all the time.... also, there are mosquitoes in the area but the windows don't have mosquito nets. And the wifi connection is a joke. The restaurant is quite good and the staff are very friendly.”

“The cabin was clean, with the elements described on the website. I didn't like the surroundings, the park could be better arranged. Although the name suggests that it is "between mountains", the mountain ranges are far away.... When making the reservation, I spoke with the person in charge, who told me a price. A couple of hours later he told me that the price was different. Finally, when it came time to transfer the money, he clarified that the price was even higher. All in the course of 4 hours, obviously on the same day. That behavior didn't seem right to me. According to the manager, the "owners told her that." In short, I would not return.”

BUT i caught bed bugs while I was here which sucks because it was the day before I was supposed to fly home so now there is risk in bringing it home with me. When I told the hostel about it, they didn't really seem to care and just said "it happens a lot". I hope they will actually do the proper cleaning for it, as they didn't seem to concerned to keep it controlled and prevent it from spreading to the other beds. I was in the 12-bed dorms. Be careful and check your sheets before sleeping here.”
