“Fantastic service from gate entrance to checkout. Many things to do - wine cellar, winter garden bar, observatory. Very pleasant staff. The private spa was fantastic and relaxing. We fell ill at the time of our reservation and reception accommodated a last minute change of dates. Thank you! Suggestions: There should be a sommelier on the restaurant floor who knows how to serve wine. Adding a mandatory 10% tip is not customary in CZ and it takes away the feeling that I'm rewarding performance.”

“Absolute divine! Absolutely loved our stay, it was perfection. I forgot to take pics, but it looks exactly like the published photos. Why this hotel is the best: - location in the heart of old town - underground parking €30 per night - Very dog friendly, we were allowed to bring our little boi, the hotel had a bowl for him, a bed and a towel which was great. You can also take your dog for a quick walk around the corner there is a dog friendly small park. - cafe downstairs to pick a nice cup of coffee when you’re up or purchase the breakfast which we have not tried. - The room was spotless, had all the amenities, was very comfortable and it was nice and quiet with really good insulation, it didn’t feel we were in the heart of town and had a good night sleep. - The staff was super friendly and welcoming. - Price was great value Thank you for an outstanding stay in Prague, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would recommend it & come back.”

“2nd floor near elevator is too loud, loud bangs on ceiling consistently, people stomping, loud bangs and and talking from 1900-0200 AND begins @ 530. :( Last night noises never ceased, bangs, stomping and weird noises all night long. Hot even with window open and heater/thermostat off. Sleeping/rest is awful on 2nd floor. Ironically I asked for quiet floor/room when reserving. Front desk staff is the best & the services offered by them are appreciated to embark on the city. Breakfast is vast and a good value.”

“We were looking for another place to eat and got lost. We saw this place from the side of the road. We decided to give it a try since we were really hungry. The children like the food, good portion for them. I had the bbq burger, quite tasty almost the same as in an American restaurant. Had a latte a little disappointed mostly milk flavor, maybe I ordered wrong. The service was really good. They have an English menu which helped with the ordering.”

“Well equipped and nice looking hotel. Everything is kept clean and the food was great. You have a selection of many meals for dinner, some of the portions were a bit smaller in my opinion but that's subjective. Room's themself were pretty, well kept and the bathroom was beautiful. Although the TV was a bit small. The pool area was great, water temperature was perfect, although one shower didn't work. Unfortunately when I visited for a week the bowling alley didn't work for over half of my visit and that really annoyed me. But when it finally got fixed it was a great way to pass the evening. Apart from the downsides I mentioned everything else was pretty good and the staff was very polite. 4/5⭐”

The rooms are apartment type starting from 30m2,they all come with kitchenette,dishwasher,bathroom and some of the rooms have a great view on the castle 😊 It has also a underground garage which you can keep you car. At 5 minutes walking distance you have Višehrad castle. Will Defently come back here in the future and will recommend to any one staying for business or a relax trip.”
