“We had a most wonderful 4 day stay in this beautiful boutique hotel, tucked away on a beautiful cobble locked street in the Alfama district. Everyone was welcoming, warm, genuine, efficient & professional. Service was excellent from all members of staff. I celebrated my 60th birthday during my stay & the hotel could not have been more thoughtful & kind, making it very special for me with complimentary wine & birthday cake & candles. You feel like you are in a very warm cocoon, the modern conversion from an old bakery, respectively nodding to it's past in a very sensitive way. We just loved it. I especially loved my swim in the infinity pool the morning of my birthday. Thank you everyone!”

“Amazing place in Lisbon, so so so clean and comfy, staff so friendly and welcoming! Metro station super near, lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets around. Great barber around the corner too (€4.50 for a haircut!!!) Everything was perfect, they even had a room where we could leave our luggage after our stay. Stayed for 2 nights but wish I could stay longer and will definitely be back! Great value for money.”

“Excellent location!!! It's up a hill, yes, but easily walkable in a few minutes. If you walk downhill, there's a park with a small playground (Alegria square), restaurants, and coffeeshops. The hotel is close to Avenida metro station, and when you walk down Liberdade Ave, you can get to the historic centre easily, plenty of things to see and enjoy. If you walk uphill from the hotel, through the stairs, there is a very nice area with a park, big playground, cafés, restaurants, and a panoramic spot down the road. Finally, a few meters away from the hotel, there is a pizza place and a mini market with all basic necessities, including souvenirs. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and cozy. We had everything in our room and were warmly greeted at the reception desk. Staff is kind and helpful and we felt welcome! Overall, an excellent place to stay at in Lisbon! ❣️”

“The rooms and absolutely clean and there are no bedbugs as mentioned in other reviews. So don’t worry about the cleanliness, the property got all the rooms and lobbies deeply cleaned. Their rooms are super comfortable. I didn’t take the breakfast as I am vegetarian and mostly there are meat options available. There are plenty of options in the city. The staff is very friendly, rooms are sound proof, showers are well maintained. 10/10”

“We are currently staying here and everything is amazing. When arriving in the room they provided fresh pastries with a traditional almond flavored drink. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. Anything we needed they were there. Even though the rooms are a little small the design is so smart and beautiful it doesn’t even matter. Whomever the interior designer was deserves a raise. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. For the new year they provided in our room this chocolate bar that looked like art and honestly some of the best chocolate I’ve ever had. They also have left us the cutest little personalized notes after every cleaning. The area is safe and central to all the highlights. It truly is the perfect little boutique hotel. It’s been an amazing experience. If you have the chance to stay here, do it. You won’t regret it! Thank you!”

“The price of the hotel is acceptable for Lisbon. The location is also quite solid, metro stations for two different lines are very close to the hotel. I would like to emphasize that everything in the hotel is very clean, both the public rooms and toilets in the public part of the hotel, as well as the rooms. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, and the hygiene is really without any complaints, 5/5. We didn't have breakfast included in the stay, so I couldn't say anything about that. However, despite the fact that the rooms are clean, I would complain about the obsolescence of certain things. The TV in our room was very old and small for a room of 35 square meters. Also, the safe in our room was not in use, i.e. the key to it was missing (it is not digital because time has overtaken it too). That's the only complaint, otherwise everything else is quite okay, especially the staff.”

“The hotel is easily accessible with the Green line. It has a good location to main landmarks. Despite some signs of homeliness, the neighborhood is still safe to walk at night. The room was cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. One suggestion: it would be nice to vary more the breakfast options, and, in the city of sweet oranges, it would be great to offer freshly-squeezed oranges. It would really make the breakfast experts tad tastier. What makes this place a great place is the service. The breakfast crew was very attentive and friendly, and so was the reception team. “I absolutely loved this place and was so lucky to find it last minute. I stayed in 204 which is an apartment room I think? It has a gorgeous view of the street and large bay windows you can open to let in the fresh air. There is no AC but the windows remedy this issue. All concierge staff was incredibly kind and helpful and let me stow my bag prior to check in. The rooms were tidy and well stocked with towels. The bed is 2 doubles pushed together but I’m used to sleeping on a full so I slept on one side anyway. The sound from the train car didn’t bother me, I travel with ear plugs and a sleep mask. The neighborhood is very cute, there are 3 restaurants steps away from the location, and a corner store just up the street as well. There is a darling coffee shop immediately next door. I would 100% stay here again. I left my AirPods behind even and they called to tell me! I’ve never had any hotel do that for me. 10/10 for this place. Also, per the outlet issue-my room at least had an extension cord and so I just used that and curled my hair in the mirror by the window.”

Good location, 13 min till the nearest metro station, and the neighborhood looks safe. you can find everything you need for a short stay. The internet can be a bit slow sometimes; the room service was always late, instead of cleaning when I was off, they showed up at the time I was already in the room. Ineffective soundproofing, on my last night in the accommodations it was buzzing an alarm all night, and I could always hear the neighbors conversations. Wasn't a peaceful stay.”
