I'd have preferred more room to place our suitcases, but we managed. The room had a nice terrace which unfortunately we couldn't use it due to the cold weather. “Great location making it easy to take the metro into the centre (2 stops). The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and a decent size with a powerful shower in the en suite. Room service daily. There was some street noise but this didn't bother us as it is to be expected in a city location. If you keep the windows closed, it is barely audible but we preferred the movement of air that came with am open window. Only negative was that there was only one spare electrical socket which was on the far end of the room from the beds but, again, not a major issue. We would happily stay here again.”

After arrival the receptionist gave us filled up the form what should be their job to do. The woman working there always with poker face and you feel like u bothering with any questions. “The person at reception was very lovely when I arrived and offered a map of the town. I stayed here recently and I really enjoyed how clean it was and the friendliness of the staff. I had a problem where my flight was cancelled and the hotel was able to accommodate and allow me to stay 3 more nights on the same room which made things easier than if I had to swap rooms. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, the only reason I have not given it 5* is because there was a strange set up where the bathroom sink and mirror were in the room and the bathroom walls were made of glass so it didn't offer much privacy if there are two of you and one needs the toilet. Also the tv wasn't a smart tv so I couldn't stream anything from it and had to use mu phone instead. The minibar was as usual expensive, which is expected but I think they could at least offer some water the first night like most hitels do nowadays. I ate at the restaurant a couple times, the food was quite nicely made and the staff was very friendly, I recommend trying the croquetas. The atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, as the hotel is in a residential area. I would definitely stay here again.”
