“Awesome service and experience! Great trails and equipment. Rent the jumpsuit well worth the cost as you stay nice and warm. You can wear just street clothes in the jumpsuit in 19° and be comfortable. Great little restaurant and service. I believe the waitress was Leanne. Food was huge portions and expensive and tasted great. Highly recommend this. Outfitter. The trails were awesome. Great condition pro tip go earlier in the morning as when they get busy the trails get a little choppier in the afternoon. A must do while in the Park City area!”

“This was one of the best places I have ever stayed in. My room was decorated in rustic log cabin fashion, with beautiful wood items that added to the decor. The bed was enormous, with six wonderful fluffy pillows. I had wonderful sleep. The shower and toiletries were exquisite. Breakfast super delicious with Chia pudding with fruit, hot pockets with ham egg and cheese, and cinnamon roll - all freshly made in the morning. Location is great too - easy drive to the Natural bridges monument and the Arches national park. Definitely include this lizard in your itinerary!”

“We had a family suite here, and the room layout was excellent. Bunk beds for the kids were a big hit, and having a large common room to get ready/relax/eat was very useful. The kids absolutely loved the pool. Two large pools, one with waterfalls, multiple hot tubs and a splash pad made this one of the most enjoyable places we stayed at during our entire vacation. Other than rooms and pool, it's a fairly standard chain hotel, but those elements and the proximity to Arches really elevate it.”

What really stood out that had me choosing to write this review was to say on our last night there. The front desk receptionist Vicki I think her name was. She was so kind and had the best hospitality I have ever seen. I am beyond grateful she was there. I will definitely be back to Moab and to the Hampton.”

“I've stayed at this Hampton inn 28 nights out of the last 35 days. Everything has been fine except for a few things. 1 they cleaned my carpets while I was staying there and I still had 6 more days in my room no warning, no offer to change rooms. They even cleaned my furniture, I was staying in a suite. They told me it would dry in 1 day, it took 3 days too dry. 2 I recommend staying on the back side of the hotel the street near the hotel seems to be a local race track ( its not) but the way people drive on that road is ridiculous. I would get woken up at least 2-3 times a night. Otherwise the hotel is great.”

“We had such a wonderful time! Brenda and Phoenix were very helpful and personable. Brenda hand-delivered our breakfast in the morning, and it was delicious and still hot. We stayed in the Orca cabin, and on arrival it was spotless, warm, and absolutely beautiful in the fresh snowfall. I had read several reviews mentioning a lack of hot water in the last couple weeks, but we did not have any real issues. We were able to fill our giant 2-person jetted tub 3/4 full with hot water, and it might just be that my husband and I grew up in the country, but especially considering the sub-20 degree weather outside, that was more hot water than I expected! Plenty for us. All staff we encountered were kind and friendly, the parking lot and sidewalks were plowed an hour before check-out so we didn’t need to rush to load up, and our dog loved exploring the grounds with us and falling asleep inside next to the cozy heater. All in all, a perfect winter experience, and we would love to come back someday!”

“I called the hotel from SLC airport and asked for a shuttle to be sent to pick me up. The staff, “Austin” I spoke to could have been more courteous but it didn’t bother me at that time. It was a cold evening, and I was in a wheelchair. I waited for 25 minutes and called the hotel again. The way Austin talked to me was not courteous again. When I was finally picked up I found out that their shuttle pick up guests of two other different hotels. These two other hotels’ names were painted in large letters on the shuttle, but Hyatt’s Place was painted very small. Not only that when the shuttle door is being opened the logo of Hyatt Place becomes invisible. Austin could have explained the information which could have prevented me from missing the first shuttle.”

Big bathroom with a shower / tub combination. Great local bars to venture within walking distance making for fun evening nights. There is a hot tub on the mountainside that has phenomenal views, I'll be giving it a soak tonight after a night around the town. Customer service was smooth. “What a wonderful experience for our family of four. Two grown-ups and two kids (teen and preteen) all had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We got adjoining rooms, and slept well. The lobby areas and balconies gave us space to spread out to read, take work calls, and hang out after hours. The food was fantastic (of course) and the views were incredible. The only complaint was that wifi needed to be restarted a couple of times - but ultimately that just gave the kids more screen free time! I've visited Boulder many times over the last 2 decades, and always crash on someone's couch, or stay on nearby BLM land, but the Lodge was a wonderful treat for all of us. We'll certainly be going back, and recommend it to our friends.”

I’ve been at many hotels and he is very professional/best customer service 12/10 scale:) the hotel is clean and accommodating and breakfast is great. Maybe have a meeting with housekeeping? the housekeepers several times they would knock multiple people men n women too early at 10am when check out is at noon. I answered the door and I’m not sure what they wanted but they would look in the room and not say why they were knocking not one word n walked away.??”

People could definitely see right through them into our room from the outside. Also maybe park your car off the property and walk back because they charge $10 a night after you already paid $100+ to stay.”
