“The Boulder Dam Hotel was a place locked in time. The history of this place is amazing. The decor is authentic to the 1930's and rooms are themed, which gives every stay its own experience. There is a museum in the hotel that has captured the history of the hotel and Boulder Dam community in a professional and eclectic way that gives you a true appreciation of what it took to make this place the amazing place it is today. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance and shops to see. There is a speakeasy style bar in the lower level that provided live music that was truly an amazing experience. This hotel is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. I can't wait to visit again.”

“Good stay at this hotel! Although kinda steep for a basic hotel, $267.51 for ONE NIGHT in late August! But they lived up to all that was promised. It's very clean and provided everything I needed, except I didn't find a hotel safe in the room. The continental breakfast in the morning was fine, nothing spectacular but they did have hot scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage. Muffins, yogurt, waffles too if you wanna make em. One complaint I do have is they charged my credit card an extra $50 dollars when I checked in. When I inquired with the front desk why, they said it's in case I use any "incidentals" in the room, such as water bottles and snacks. This seemed a bit excessive to me to charge fifty dollars for something I haven't even used, and I didn't use either. So I'll be watching my statement to have that credited back. Really silly that I have to monitor it myself to get my money back. Watch out for unknown charges! That dings them on service down to 3 stars. The in-app check in and digital key worked as promised. That was nice.”

“Very Nice Motel! I stayed there with my family of 6 people. We always only get one room and one or two people sleep on the floor to save money. When we all went in, the lady at the front desk upgraded us to a suite room at no additional charge, so Noone would have to sleep on the floor. Great Customer Service! The customer service deserves a 15 star rating! The pool was very nice. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Typical Hampton Inn, with the exception that the manager is completely unresponsive to customer concerns. I had an issue with my invoice that he has yet to respond to me about. I also had an issue with some of my vitamins/supplements missing from my pill keeper. This too, has gone unresolved, even when the hilton help desk got involved. The desk staff were adequate at their jobs. However, staff parked in handicap spots without placards, parked under the canopy for their entire shift instead of in the general parking areas. Breakfast is typical for Hampton Inn, nothing special. I'll definitely find a different Hilton property to stay at during my next visit.”

“Stayed here for a few nights last week. The beds are really comfortable. I was in the old section of the hotel ("Rosie's room") with antiques and a four poster bed. The cast iron tub was heaven! I went on the ghost tour and had dinner at the Crown Point restaurant on Thursday. The food was excellent! And the ghost tour was really cool - we talked to the ghosts! Extra bonus, the hotel cat "Cloudy" joined us on the tour and even came to visit me in my hotel room right before I left on Friday.”

“Continental breakfast gave me violent food poisoning and ruined my weekend. Black marks all over my carpet, which was hardly connected to my floor. …I am not “disparaging the staff” several staff in particular were very pleasant, I’d say the management leaves room for improvement though. I did not make the reservation and I do not care that the rate was not honored. I HIGHLY SUSPECT that the sausage served on Friday was off and my rooms carpet was a mess. You can take it as a chance to improve or argue with people online, once again I do not care. There’s a slim chance I’ll ever stay in Tonopah, but if I did there are plenty of other hotels to choose from.”
