“Absolute divine! Absolutely loved our stay, it was perfection. I forgot to take pics, but it looks exactly like the published photos. Why this hotel is the best: - location in the heart of old town - underground parking €30 per night - Very dog friendly, we were allowed to bring our little boi, the hotel had a bowl for him, a bed and a towel which was great. You can also take your dog for a quick walk around the corner there is a dog friendly small park. - cafe downstairs to pick a nice cup of coffee when you’re up or purchase the breakfast which we have not tried. - The room was spotless, had all the amenities, was very comfortable and it was nice and quiet with really good insulation, it didn’t feel we were in the heart of town and had a good night sleep. - The staff was super friendly and welcoming. - Price was great value Thank you for an outstanding stay in Prague, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would recommend it & come back.”

“2nd floor near elevator is too loud, loud bangs on ceiling consistently, people stomping, loud bangs and and talking from 1900-0200 AND begins @ 530. :( Last night noises never ceased, bangs, stomping and weird noises all night long. Hot even with window open and heater/thermostat off. Sleeping/rest is awful on 2nd floor. Ironically I asked for quiet floor/room when reserving. Front desk staff is the best & the services offered by them are appreciated to embark on the city. Breakfast is vast and a good value.”

“Great place to stay. I have been here a couple of times in different occasion. The rooms are apartment type starting from 30m2,they all come with kitchenette,dishwasher,bathroom and some of the rooms have a great view on the castle 😊 It has also a underground garage which you can keep you car. At 5 minutes walking distance you have Višehrad castle. Will Defently come back here in the future and will recommend to any one staying for business or a relax trip.”

“I missed the deadline for reviewing this amazing hotel, but I felt like they deserve a good review, so here I am. It’s been almost one year, but I still remember the relaxing experience the staff provided to me and my friend. The location is not the best, but public transport is very easy. The rooms are so big and the bed was huge, staff was always so kind and allowed us to stay for a late checkout. I love the vibes that we could just walk around in our robes. Highly recommend the infusion baths, it’s so private and it’s an okay price. Most of the time we had to eat out for dinner or ask for delivery, so maybe you should consider that. Overall, I recommended it to many people in this meantime ❤️❤️”

The whole place had such a nice homey vibe and just seemed so cool. The breakfast wasn't the most varied, but also very tasty. Super easy self check in.”

“My husband and I stayed at Andaz Prague for 4 nights. The hotel is beautiful, clean and in a wonderful location. However, on the first night I placed a pair of Chanel earrings on counter above the coffee bar and left the room for dinner and my earring were gone. I searched everything and everywhere to see if they placed it somewhere else as things were constantly being moved around the room when they came in to tidy up. I told the reception about my earrings and gave them a photo but of course no one knew anything and they implied I should search harder for it. This really put a damper on our trip as I expected more honesty from a nice hotel like this. Secure your things more carefully!!!!!”

“I stayed here for four nights in December. It is nuts far enough out of the centre of the old time to make it quieter but close enough for an easy walk in. My room was small and the bathroom was part of the room so if you are sharing and not comfortable with going about your business with the person you are sharing with being the other side of a transparent pane of glass this is probably not the place for you. The hotel generally was pretty quiet but some neighbours struggled to be respectful of others and could only communicate on the stairs and in the corridors by shouting. The WiFi is very erratic and intermittent - dare I say it’s emotional, it was very up and down do if you want to stream something I’d use the connection to download it before you want to watch it. Restaurant & bar is very good, decent prices and very friendly/helpful staff.”

“Great location, the breakfast was really good and lots of choice, as well as very fresh. Room was simple and clean. Big windows for a lot of natural light. Bed was big and very comfortable with lovely duvet covers. Only little remark is the bathroom, which could be better. Maybe renovate. Bernard the receptionist was friendly and helpful. “My wife and I, recently, stayed at this hotel, and found it to be a delightful experience! The room was well appointed (27, I believe), and very comfortable! It was very spacious and a real treat to come back to after a long day of site seeing. The breakfast buffet offerings were a bit lacking, but overall, satisfying! I can't begin to say enough about the staff and their hard work and attentiveness to the guests...stellar! The easiest way to get around was by using the tram, which was located just steps away from the hotel front door! Very easy and convenient to go anywhere in the city by using this transportation. There are a few really great restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walking distance from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel! It was not overly expensive; comfortable, and provided an excellent base from which to explore this amazing city!”
