“Overpromised and underdelivered. Rooms were ok at best and the photos showed what looked like a spa that was nowhere to be found, only a sauna was on offer. Given the remote location of the hotel, it was kinda boring to just have a sauna on offer. The bar was nice but not enough to warrant a visit unless you have some other business there.”

“Absolutely wonderful stay here! The Christmas decorations are beautiful and give the hotel such a cozy feel. The rooms are spacious and clean, have a great view over the water to Skansen, and are very modern and have everything you need. The location is right by a bus stop - buses only come about 20-30 minutes so you need to plan, but it is nice being out away from the busy and touristy parts of the city. It’s only 10-20 min to most places you want to get to by public transportation. Breakfast is delicious with many options, although I wish they had Swedish pancakes everyday instead of alternating between American pancakes. They were easy to communicate with before our stay to work out pricing questions and staff was very kind and helpful at check-in - would absolutely stay here again!”

“We had a nice stay at this hotel for our trip to Stockholm last week. It is in a great location for visiting the rest of the city (a stone’s throw from the metro which serves the city very well), and is in a great location for bars and restaurants. The hotel itself was nice. The room was clean, although was a twin room instead of the double that I’d paid for..it wasn’t too much of a problem, but would’ve been nicer if the request had been properly fulfilled. The breakfast buffet was good, although repetitive - I understand it’s difficult to change options all the time, but the breakfasts were the same every day. The last day was actually not very good, and my girlfriend became ill from it. The service at reception was really lovely, and was attentive. There was however one problem…when we first arrived, we were chilling in our room and a cleaner just came into the room unannounced without knocking .. this felt like an invasion of our privacy, but again, benefit of the doubt. I feel like this is a negative review, but it’s not - our stay on the whole was positive. There were just a few issues that moved it from a 5 star to a 3 star review. The sauna was fantastic, and the free tea and coffee was great too. Thank you”

There is no electric kettle in the rooms and in lobby if you have to buy it!! With this price it will be nice to provide simple things for guests like tea or coffee for free 🙂 2. There was a bad smell in whole the hotel at the first time that we arrived we thought it was because of toilets near the reception but this smell was in all parts of the hotel. 3. Breakfast was OK and during 7-8.30 there are a lot of people and management of the food and tables is not good because of few number of staff. 4. Gym was so small and simple without any window in the -1 floor!”

“The location is perfect, downtown, lots of good restaurants and cafes near by. The rooms are very small, but clean, the cleaning service is very good if you ask for it. Rooms don’t have a bathroom or any sort of water (not even a sink) and it is at some extent inconvenient. Some of the shower cabins are pretty dated and has an unpleasant odor. But water is running and they do a good job keeping them clean. Also there is no cafe or restaurant in this hotel, no breakfast (they do provide something like tea and cookies and maybe you can buy some yogurt) no dinner. It is our third stay here because we love the location of the old town.”

“I stayed in a "Quick sleep"-room without a window, and for the price paid i would say i got my moneys worth. The room was extremely small, but me and my travel partner got a good nights sleep. I would highly recommend getting a standard room if you plan to spend any time at all (sleep excluded) in the room though. Bus stop is right outside the door and takes you to Avicii Arena in 15 minutes, and the train station is a five minute walk where you can catch the train to Stockholm Central which takes about 10 minutes. Breakfast was decent, and the bar/reception serves drinks and snacks until 1 am. Overall a good experience, would stay there again if all i need is a clean room to sleep in.”

I know some were complaining in the reviews about the breakfast but I actually think it was tasteful and absolutely good. I have paid more money for „better Hotels“ and they really served you trash for breakfast. So this was not the case here, you had a good variety of food you could pick. Thanks for the hosting”
