“Lovely clean Hotel with friendly Staff. We stayed 3 nights and used the Spa facilities. The Jacuzzi and Sauna are particularly nice. Food-wise the prices are average, but the food we had was better than the 3 Stars would suggest. Skiing lift is a short drive away and you can even walk it if you wish. It's also very close to a local shop Zapka and Petrol Station.”

“Very nice four star hotel with mostly great value. Wonderful service,l and great staff in all departments (not obvious in Czech Republic) . Would give it four and half star review if was possible. Would not atay here in summer - no AC, and even in fall weather room got a little stuffy on sunny days. Great facilities, though some are really overpriced (like tennis), and others just an ok value (like massages). But others are free (heated pool, gym, whirlpool tubs), and facilities are open late until 2130, and a la carte restaurant until 2300, which is great! A la carte restaurant has great menu, and many of the dishes (though not all) are very very well prepared, and prices are great considering quality and level of hotel (and alcohol prices are great by any measure). Main dining room is just ok, and particularly annoying was that clean up starts before closing time, which is really unpleasent if you like to eat late breakfast/ dinner. Alao annoying was that even basic drinks are not included in price of dining room dinner. Tap water in the room was great and we used that rather than paying for same water in restaurants. Rooms are spacious, and clean, and are serviced daily, including new bathrobes and slippers daily if you want. The one we were in was a little outdated, but nothing really wrong. Bathtub was really deep which made it hard to use for both elderly and young family memebers. It is worth contacting hotel directly if youre a family because they have some creative family rooms (like separate bedroom plus main room with 3-4 singles and a large hallway with seperate bath and toilet). We stayed in the fall off-season, so cannot say anything about it as skeeing hotel.”

“Great location between center of Karpacz and entrance to the Karkonowski National Park. The dining room, corridor and terrace are decorated in a retro mountain style, but toilets, bathrooms and a kitchen are modern and tiled. In the kitchen there are two fridges, two ovens, two kettles, two sinks, a lot of kitchen accessories such as cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, ladles, graters etc. Everywhere clean, staff is very kind and helpful. A great place for people looking for budget accommodation before going to the mountains. I'm honestly recommend.”

“It's a room, but not overly nice. We were stuffed into the room at the very top, where the ceiling slants and feels claustrophobic. The walls are a bit thin and there was no fridge in the room. The shower was tiny without water pressure, the staff mostly avoided us. (Some said hello, others only looked at us, then ducked back behind the front desk.) The breakfast was good, but a lot of it was strange salads/pasta with a lot of mayo sauce. Not sure who wants that for breakfast. Situated close to the city center.”

“We have visited this hotel for 2 nights and overall impression was good. Rooms were clean, sleep quality was excellent, no noise, soft bed sheets and every day they cleaned it up. SPA was pleasant, it was possible to use sauna, steam room and jacuzzi for 8 people. WiFi was very fast and we would also like to give big thumbs up for the kitchen. They could prepare perfect poached eggs for the breakfast and even the dinner tasted very good. The only minuses for the hotel would be for staff on dinner. The waiter was very slow and did not take care of us and also of other (2) guests. It took us exactly 2 hours to get 1 drink, 2 main meals and 1 dessert with 2 coffees which is too long. The other thing I would advise to improve are signs. It was not clear for us and also for other people who arrived with us where is the reception, where to park etc. And the last thing we were not aware about was parking fee which is 60 -65 PLN per night which is a lot. In conclusion the hotel offered us very good value for money and we would return again. Service feels for 4 star hotel, not 5, but we enjoyed our stay!”

“Extremely nice place, designed with a thought for every little detail. Comfortable rooms with space to work if you need. Big windows for the light to come in, blackouts for the night. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Helpful and polite staff. The location is perfect - a few minutes from the Market square. There are several restaurants and bars in the same street, just a few steps from the hotel. The bus stop to the airport is 10 min. on foot. We'll be glad to visit again.”

“The guesthouse is located in a quiet, peaceful area with convenient access to the Szklarska Poręba-Jakuszyce railway station. You can really relax (peace and quiet, hot water, kettle in the room). Beautiful views from the windows - of the entire Karkonosze range. From the guesthouse - 15 minutes' walk to the town center. The only drawback - smoking rooms, from which cigarette smoke penetrated into our bathroom and onto the balcony (no possibility of opening the window and leaving towels in the bathroom!).”
