“This is an absolutely fabulous hotel! The staff is super lovely and accommodating. The rooms are clean, massive and very luxurious. Great, comfy beds, the entire place is spotless. There’s a fantastic restaurant on the hotel grounds, called Zacisze. Breakfasts are top notch. The hotel is just a quick taxi/Uber/Bolt drive from the heart of the city. There’s a bunch of convenience shops around too. I really can’t recommend this place enough. I visit Gdansk at least once a year, and this will be my regular place to stay from now on. Top marks! (Did I mention that the prices are a true bargain as well!)”

“At first impression everything looked fine. Our 4th hotel was in Gydnia. We have reserved a parking before so we went direct to the parking of theirs Which they have it in the back of the hotel. The staff was extra nice and the small reception was very nicely decorated. The place was really welcoming. But it was the other story when we came to the room. The floor was really dirty, on the side of the bed there were big stains where the head is when you lay down. On the table and night table there were stains from drinks. I just didnt want to think about it a lot and also we forgot floops so it was challenging to walk. I knew that they have no other room free, as they wrote me in the messages. So that was really disappointing. And also there is no good isolation, so you can hear everything through the door or walls. So parking good, location good, staff nice, But cleanliness, unfortunately, not at all.”

“let's start with the disadvantages: 1. bad wifi. it is practically absent. network speed as in the nineties when the Internet first appeared. 2. ill-conceived apartments. There is only one bathroom on two floors and this bathroom is not on the bedroom floor. you will have to go down the steep stairs at night to the bathroom. 3. There is no towel dryer in the bathroom. left to dry outside or if it rains outside, indoors. 4. for 4 people one small closet. not sure where to put the rest of the clothes Now dignity: 1. two heated pools, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a relaxation room are cool. 2. breakfast is included in the price, although it is the same type every morning. overall satisfactory but we definitely won't come back here again.”

“Our 3rd stay there. Very nice location - close to beach, SKM (local railway that gets you to places). Not loud - unless you stay close to Marriot - last year there was some loud machine active during the night. We relocated. No loud beach bars/discos in close proximity (at least during our stay 29.06-02.07). The amenities we used (reception building) were cleaned very often (it was raining for 3 of 4 days). One minus (me whining) - there could be some little convenience store located on premises. Hence the lack of one ⭐️ in “services” rating part.”

(+) breakfast was amazing, very good choices and food was really good quality. Each day we had different options to choose from. Spa zone was also very nice. It is for sure a great advantage of this hotel to have it. 2 saunas and 1 jacuzzi. Lady who is responding to the phone calls was also very friendly and supportive. Wi-Fi was working very well. Hotel provides wind protection fence for the beach. (+/-) hotel is located in the super center of the city. It is very close to the beach, however, it depends what you are looking for as overall area around is very noise and overcrowded so if you want have party time or be in the centre of the city this is a good place. (-) rooms look much better on photos vs the reality. On windows there is no protection from insects, that is why when we entered our room we faced quite some of them already there. Right next to the bed there was a fridge instead of the shelf which was noise and we had to turn it off. During whole our stay no one even asked us and there where no option to ask anyone to change our towels/clean the room. Ventilation in the room/bathroom is not the best one and there were no heating in the bathroom which ended up that our swimming suits as well as towels could not get dry at all during the 2 days as room/bathroom constantly had wet air. There is only soap for hands on the wash basin and nothing in the shower so keep it in mind while going. It is not a must for hotel to have, but for a price we payed would be good to have.”
