“I stayed here for 1D/1N and had amazing experience with all the amenities.....such as rooms were clean and had great ambiance....all the staff was very humble and available 24/7 .....as we called then at 3 for water and they provided it without any hesitation......one of the great hotels I've been till now.....will prefer it 100/100 to stay in whenever you go Delhi with Friends/Family/Business trip.....also it's at only 500 m from the metro station and Karol bagh Market which makes it most feasible for traveling.😊”

“Stayed for 3 nights. 3 adults and child. Room was very compact but sufficient. Bathroom very neat and the best part was hot water throughout. Close to the metro. Dinner was bit overpriced but tasty. Breakfast was pretty sumptuous. Highly recommended.”

“This hotel despite the nice pictures it shows is everything but comfortable. Suddenly no hot water, rooms are really run down and damp, hotel is pretty decrepit apart from the facade. Bathrooms are horrendous For this price it does not provide any value. This property is really to be avoided at all cost. This is glorified lodge at best. Really not worth the price and do not recommend at all. Managers of the property must look at themselves in the mirror, this is basically a scam”

“I found this three star hotel by Google close to the Delhi airport “free airport shuttle” which was not correct and the only hotel that I saw who advertised this on Google searching hotels near Delhi airport… I had to spend the night after not able to board a flight back to USA Sunday morning at 12:20 AM on the morning of December 3 but on the evening of December 2. I was only able to reserve a room from December 3-4 on line. Not a problem at all. I asked someone from the information desk to please help me with how much more it would cost to check in immediately around 2 AM… They said 2,500 rupees more. No problem at all. I was excited to be able to have the opportunity to sleep comfortably. I was welcomed by their front desk staff and immediately escorted to my room which I slept very comfortably for 8 hours after taking a shower. When I woke up I showered again before going out to explore the Aerocity Area around me. Rakes at the front desk was very polite and accommodating with things to do around me in the short visit that I had in Aerocity. He recommended going to World Mark I at Aerocity which I found the cutest airline restaurant and bar called “The Social.” When I returned to my hotel Rakes greeted me with a smile and helped me check out asking about how his recommendations were. They were fantastic I can’t thank him and the rest of the staff at Hotel Purple Orchid enough. I enjoyed resting so comfortably at this hotel while walking to so many other places close to me!”

“I brought my whole family from the US over to India and we stayed here in Defence Colony as I know the place really well. The rooms were excellent, very cosy and spacious. Had the all the amenities you would need. Breakfast was quite a surprise! They have a very nice little dining area in the basement which a bunch of great options - Eggs, Pancakes, Waffles, Paratha etc. Excellent Coffee! Which for me was a great addition. Service was really good, they come and clean everyday and turn down the beds etc. I think one of the boys who manages the property, Joy, was super helpful and the staff was great. A little expensive but it made the trip for me and my family really convenient and easy. Would recommend.”
