All the fellow staffs are so humble and professional. They know very well how to greet their guests. Totally disappointed with the pool location. As it is the centre of the property. No sunlight directly comes to heat up the water. So cold water that you can't enjoy in all weather seasons.”

“I recently stayed at Hotel Hamza International and overall, my experience was positive. The location of the hotel is great and the facilities are well-maintained. However, my experience with the hotel management left a lot to be desired. Upon arrival, I was informed that my online booking was denied and that I would have to pay a much higher price for a different room. This left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. It seems that the hotel management are running a scam by denying online bookings and then charging inflated prices at the time of check-in. While the hotel itself is decent, I would caution others to be wary of their booking process and to double check their reservation with the hotel directly. This lack of transparency and honesty from the hotel management is disappointing and puts a damper on an otherwise pleasant stay. I would recommend Hotel Hamza International to potential guests, but with a warning to be cautious when it comes to booking and dealing with the hotel management.”
