“Awful. I never leave reviews but this really was so bad!! It's really grubby and disgusting. I was given a room with filthy sheets,filthy walls. They showed me another room - there were insects all over the bathroom floor and still filthy sheets and walls, it also smelt terribly. Cleanliness and maintenance is REALLY BAD. My window was broken. Everything, even the bins are full of rust,limescale and just rank. Do NOT stay here. Even for the price it is way below standard - I have stayed in many places at this price in India and none as bad as this. I changed hotels after 1 awful,grubby night. You can find much better. I was tricked because I thought the location was great being next to the metro but rickshaws are so cheap that you can easily jump to the metro for 50 rupees. Also the service was terrible, staff were really unfriendly, didn't even offer to carry a bag as I went up and down the stairs to see these rooms (I had three bags). They knocked the door at 10:30am to ensure I met the checkout time of this grubby awful place....like I wanted to stay any longer??!! Shower was terrible. It just all felt gross”

We asked for an extra pillow which wasn't given until checkout. Morning bf before 8 AM is not available. Surrounding hotels were not upto the mark. The location is at very prime area, but they need to keep up the service and food up to the mark and upto the price given atleast. Overall i would rate 3*.”

“The experience was average. Rooms are luxurious. But hot water was an issue. You don't get hot water all the time. Swimming pool is freezing cold. Guess they don't have warmers for the pool. Could hardly stay in the pool for 5 min. Room service is quite good, except this: you order coffee, they bring it all cold. Even the breakfast choices were repetitive. Not really a 5 star hotel they claim to be!”
