“Goodevening, In this cold period my parents who are more than 60 years old, decided to spend the week-end in your hotel. They received a room with no heating system functionnal. The first night they alerted the reception : nothing was done. 2nd night, they came with an electric system for them to use during the night. The hotel seems to be full. I dont understand why the room is out there to be Booked if its not functionnal. You shouldnt let them sleep in a 14 degree room as elderly people that they are, its not healthy. I didnt feel the hospitality in all this.. Really not happy customers”

Clean, comfortable room - though the layout takes a bit getting used to. 5 star service … the staff was extremely helpful on multiple occasions and everyone made us feel like valued guests. We we had an emergency and I had to go to the toilet as the public one was crowded, when he asked to pay 1 euro to my wife meanwhile she was waiting for me at the lobby, plus another one for her if she wanted to go as well. We've felt treated worst than dogs. Unnaceptable lack of respect, empathy and bad modals. Never seen something similar in my life, specially in a country like the Netherlands. I really hope that this rating arrives to the hotel management as, for sure, they wouldn't like to have an employee who is putting at risk the reputation of the hotel”

“Rented a 4-bed bedroom with 2 couples. We got a room with 2 floors, with a 2-person bed on each floor. The bathroom was huge, lots of space with a pretty good shower. The view from the window was of the parking lot in the back, but lots of trees, so no complaint there. Said parking was full to the brim, but more free parking is a 5-min walk away. The hotel reserves a dinner-table for each booked room until 17.30, which was very nice as all other restaurants were full and we hadn't booked anything yet. Breakfast was tasty, lots of options and a nice atmosphere.”

We accidentally left a car door open and and light on, running out the battery, they were so lovely helping us to recharge the battery.”
