“Very good location in Nimman with reasonable price. I'd stay again if i didn't have to use the gym, pool, or work at the hotel (more on these below). A few downsides: * Internet was spotty throughout the day. It often loses connection for 1-2 minutes every hour or so. It was good when it worked. * Gym was non-existent. It had 2 running machine and a few dumbbells with 10kg being the heaviest. * The pool only has 4 sunbeds without any ways to cover the sun. The hotel was great otherwise. Room was decent and clean. The elevator wait was short. And the service people were great.”

“We came here for breakfast. We ordered scrambled egg with bacon and omelette with bacon. For both menu they charged us 150 bath. On the menu was written 60 bath for the eggs, that means they charged us 90 bath each for three slices of bacon. Fully overpriced (and the bacon was not even crispy). Additionally they put cheese in the omlette and the scrambled egg without mentioning that on the menu. The location itself looks cozy but we will definitely give other restaurants in that area a try.”

“Quite disappointed with this hotel for the price. The room was really nice, the reception staff were great. However, I have never seen a more un-inviting swimming pool. When we arrived there were no sunbeds, despite the hotel photos advertising fake grass and sunbed areas. It was actually just a concrete area, which again was un-inviting. We thought we would probably be able to request them, but the swimming pool was full of leaves on arrival. It’s cleaned every morning but that’s not enough when it’s surrounded by trees. The staircase into the pool is wooden and probably an accident waiting to happen. The hotel has a rooftop pool which saved the experience for me, because I wasn’t to checkout as soon as I saw the main pools false advertising. The rooftop pool was much more cleaner and acted like private pool. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again because there are areas which seem like the hotel isn’t interested. If I wasn’t on a non-refundable rate, I would have asked to checkout early”

“Accommodation met the expectations cause we weren't expecting much from a small village. And the price-quality ratio was quite right. But all the communication was pretty bad. They didn't answer us in Agoda platform and we lost our transportation cause of this (reply time was like 24h or didn't answer at all). Check-in was a bit mess, young people from the restaurant showed us way but I don't know who the actual host was. On the positive side we got in early. We didn't know what time was the check-out. And there was no one to ask for. Nor did they introduced if there was a possibility to get a breakfast and for what price. Neighbors were loud (other visitors) but no one did anything to stop it.”

The rooms are very comfortable, and the AC works like a charm with everything being perfectly isolated (rare in Thailand). It's very well placed to access the city center by foot, and yet it's very calm. I definitely recommend”
