“Beautiful resort.|The restaurants are fantastic, the apartments are so spacious and modern. The pool is great and its literally a 4 minute walk from merlim beach, where you can have a massage and watch the sunset. |Staff are always friendly and are extra nice to kids|We absolutely loved this place. “The hotel is beautiful! The pool wraps around the hotel complex and is a nice temp. Unfortunately our room had some issues. The toilet smells of sewer gas, the walls are paper thin and that wouldn’t be much of a problem if there were not guests in the pool past midnight screaming. I hate to leave a poor review as the hotel has a lot of potential with some work on the plumbing and enforcement of the hotels own policy of the pool closing at 9.”

“Everything is good in the whole room. and the view is very beautiful But the receptionist is very bad, doesn't care about customers, bad service, even going to sit at the front. The staff still sat with their knees raised across the table, not paying attention, speaking very badly, not suitable for being a receptionist at all. It means wasting money to stay. I didn't come to ask for free housing.”

“The hotel was nice and quite. The location was good for us. Staff were friendly. Breakfast area was small with limited options, but it was o, and it did haf Halal option. The Hotel has several buildings, and each has a pool that was accessible to us. Kids club was very small, and whenever we went, it was empty and had no staff. But my kids enjoyed the kids' pool instead. We booked a 2 bedroom suite through booking and choose the 4 beds option, however instead we got 2 double beds. For 2 adults and 4 kids, the room was quite small. We had to let my 6 year old son sleep on the couch.”
