“The inside is even more beautiful than the outside! We slept in the castle and not in the new building, shower and toilet were not in the room as it would destroy the originality of the castle (they were not allowed to do that) which wasn’t a problem at all for us. I rather sleep in a authentic room :-) You can hike outside and enjoy nature. For us the perfect spot and the price was low compared to everything else in the area, so we will be back!”

“Stayed the weekend in a L-CUBE MIWA 4 and 6 person cottage. This part of the park looks very new and modern and the accommodations fit this as well. Apart from the bit odd and unclear heating, nothing bad could be said about the homes. The rest of the park and facilities themselves however are quite basic and seemed not tailored to the visiting crowds as a Landal or Center Parcs is. Would hesitate to book Europarcs for a family holiday over the other parcs.”

“What a wonderful experience. A family owned small boutique hotel, that offers a special Dutch ambient. The room was spacious, newly renovated modern style bathroom. A treaty and visually pleasing Dinner and Breakfast delivered to the room's doorstep. The entrance to the hotel, consist of a narrow corridor packed with nostalgia, including a book on the life of the Jewish community in Elburg, and photos of the owners- a lovely couple at the opening ceremony of the hotel. The hotel is located at the heart of the town, and a free parking is available within a 6 minute walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful experince.”

“Hotel and environment definately beautiful. I found breakfast prices completely ridiculous for 5 years old hotel charged 22 euros, the same for 9 years old, 44 euros for 2 glasses of water, 2 rolls and box of hagelslag… the choices for breakfast very poor. Even cucumber at 9:00 was. We went in June so strawberry season and fruits that they served seems like can fruits, really disappointing. Place is super nice and clean but the breakfast destroyed everything. Hotel asked me to remove my review since I didnt stay there. Which is incorrect. Dear hotel check in 24.06.2022 check-out 26.06.2022. My husband did booking and reservation was on his name. We were the only family with 5 and 9 years old boys at that time, staying in the lodge, ground floor living room and kitchen and upstairs 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Asking me to remove my review and accusing me that we didnt stay there is just your lying and it shows your lack of ability to properly check your system. If you check your system you easily find our stay. So in short we were there and you charged 22 euros per child per breakfast and food was medium amount and average quality for me and my family.”

I felt so sorry for the owners though: roadworks outside the hotel meant the place was quiet. You need to be firm with the people manning the road barriers- they want to divert you 9 miles around the roadworks to the other side of town but the hotel is in the centre of the roadworks. Make sure you insist you need to access the hotel.”
