“My family and I came to this beautiful resort and made unforgettable memories together with having an amazing experience. This hotel is one of my favourites for a ski trip since it is very close to the main mountains, together with being close to the centre of the town and shops/facilities, making it very practical and efficient. Just its looks already make it luxurious. Snowfall is frequent making any snow sports very accessible. The service was outstanding, their food and menu had large variation and was very delicious in general. Their bar had an amazing and breathtaking view of their yard and town. Their staff is extremely professional and friendly which is very appreciated. Their facilities like sauna, pools, kids club, cinema and great rooms provided a lot of entertainment even if you weren’t planning on going out of the area. Their rooms were spacious with just the right features. One of the bests hotels to stay at for a vacation especially in Switzerland, not too far from Zurich or Geneva. We have come here around 4 times and enjoyed every moment of our stay. My rating would have exceeded 5 stars.”

“Great hotel BUT… Nice lobby, great spa and pool. Nice view, rooms decent. Then game room is a delightful bonus. BUT, do not go to the fondue restaurant. I have had fondue over 50 times. This was the worst. Overpriced and never seen such small portions. Not only the cheese but even the bread and potatoes and they charge extra as you will surely run out quickly. This would have been a near perfect score, but this gave me a bad feeling.”

“This hotel is fabulous! We stayed 3 nights in September and it was wonderful! the room was perfect and the bed was comfortable. The view from our balcony was breathtaking looking at the Alps and the waterfall. The breakfasts were delicious and so were the two dinners we ate there. The gardens were lovely. The hotel was in a great location and it was easy to walk everywhere or catch the bus. What a charming hotel that made our anniversary trip perfect!”

“Worst Chinese food ever!! We went for a special dinner with our family there and the experience was terrible. First of all the service was so unprofessional and insecure that you almost felt like you should serve yourself. The Chinese glass noodle salad was the worst we ever had. It not only tasted bad, it also looked awful. The whole menu is ridiculously over priced! 31Chf for a beef szechuan without rice. If you want rice you have to pay 4.- extra! The food is bland and boring. The spicy meals are nowhere to be even slightly spiced and the chicken was dry. Overall, we definitely do not recommend to go there. Save your money.”

“Because of a later arrival I tried to call the hotel in advance. They had a rest day so the answering machine answered in Swiss German. This was no help. Luckily they left my key outside, so no problem. The room was very small and pretty outraged. The shower was taken directly out of a formula 1 hotel. This all didn't leave a great impression on me. But.... All was very clear. The shower was good. And I slept very well. The room was not well equipped, but price to quality was OK for Switzerland. The lady who helped me during my (simple) breakfast was very friendly and helpful. If you look for a simple place to stay near Langenthal, this is OK.”

The hotel is located at the end of the road so we can enjoy the place and the view is also very easy to explore all the destination attractions in Jungfrau Region because the bus station is at the front of the hotel and near to the gondola station to murren, Grindelwald and other destination in Jungfrau Region.
