“We had an amazing time at the Westin Annapolis this past week. We came for the Military Bowl and were grateful we were within walking distance to the stadium. The Westin Annapolis has exceptional service at the front desk. They are ready to help you in any way and vallet was quick, even though they were slammed with the team fans. We were able to walk to the heart of Annapolis for dinner one evening. There is also a free shuttle that will pick you up in front of the hotel and take you around town. We dined at the hotel restaurant a few times and although they were also slammed (bowl game team fans...us), they were able to easily manage the volume. We didn't bring our pup but the hotel is pet friendly and we loved seeing the visiting pets throughout our stay. The hotel is built very well because we could never hear much noise outside of our room and we were in front of a busy street. I never heard anyone in the hallway and I'm a light sleeper. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Hampton Inn at Ocean City was a nice experience. I came mainly to go see the wild horses at Assateague Island and in hopes of getting some great seafood (I got the seafood pizza from one of the local shops it was great). Only thing was the balcony door was not able to shut or open properly but the hotel was quick to create a solution while we were there. Also I must say it is always nice to have a decent free weight gym at the hotel so in the down time from being at the broad walk or out and about you can get a great pump in. I recommend this location and it looks like a lot of fun in the summer time!”

“We had a really great experience at this hotel! The location is great as it is right near everything at the Inner Harbor and very close for walking to everything in that area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean! The hotel felt historic and modern at the same time. We had a nice view from our windows too! The mattresses were surprisingly comfortable and we had a nice sleep. The bathroom is small, and we wished the layout had been a little more convenient, but for a one night stay, it was sufficient. We used valet parking and it was very helpful as the area is not the greatest for parking otherwise. The complimentary breakfast had many options and was a pretty typical hotel breakfast, but sufficient.”

“We stayed here for a company event, and I was not disappointed. Perfect location, you can walk to everything. The valet greeted us immediately, making parking easy. The hotel staff was fantastic, from check-in to check out, everyone was fantastic. Our room was impeccably clean, and I love the design. The midcentury modern vibes were pretty on point. I love that they source their teas, coffee, toilet paper, and other supplies from local or minority owned businesses. You get the feeling that the owners are great people doing great things in their community, and I imagine they're great to work for. If they weren't, their staff wouldn't be as great as they are. I'm looking forward to coming back!”

“Stayed here over the Xmas holidays. It's a basic hotel with good service from the front desk. If you get a room here ask to stay in the newer section of the hotel. When you get here what you'll notice is that the hotel has been renovated and they added a newer section to what was the original Hotel. The original rooms are okay but the hallways really strongly smell of smoke and weed. We stayed in the older section for a day but the smell got so overwhelming we asked to move and the front desk didn't give us a hard time at all about moving. Once we change rooms the stay got 100% better. Edit: Adding this part in response to the reply from the hotel. The fact that we did tell the front desk about the smell of smoke and that the front desk gave us new rooms should make it clear that we did tell the hotel about the smell of smoke. In fact the front desk instantly knew what we were talking about and made a different excuse about it than what the owner wrote in their reply. I took off a star because instead of just heqring what I said and keeping it moving you tried to shift blame to us by saying we didn't tell you when we did say exactly why we were changing rooms. The fact that all of your responses to anyone that has an issue is "find someplace else to stay" shows that customer service is not top of mind for your establishment. With that being said while the place is inexpensive make sure you keep in mind the reaction of the ownership on here. If they react like this to a review imagine how they may treat you if it involves any kind of refund.”

“We came to stay for Ocean City Winterfest this year and this place was just a 3 minute want away. We got to avoid all the crazy traffic and trying to find a place to park. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very neat and clean. All amenities were available even in off season, this can be an issue at other locations this time of year. The included breakfast was also amazing. We would stay here again for sure.”

We had an upgraded room to a water view. Which was beautiful watching the sunrise and set. Breakfast is basic but good and fresh. You’re greeted with smiles and good mornings off the elevator. “Comfortable bed and the room seemed clean. The toilet clearly had been leaking at the base for a while since there was fresh caulking, but it wasn't fixed properly. There was a huge puddle of water and my socks got wet!! The tub faucet dripped all night too! If we weren't leaving for a very early flight, we would have complained, although we did mention it to the receptionist upon check out. It's obvious they already knew there was an issue with the bathroom. The sidewalk and entryway from the parking lot is not luggage friendly!!!! Decent enough motel for a one night stay.”

“Stayed for a week mid Aug 2023 for a work trip- AWESOME EXPERIENCE from beginning to end! I was lucky enough to meet Lisa, Dimitri, Duchess, and the general manager(didn’t get your name- so sorry!) Despite initial concerns from other reviews, Room 212 was a clean and inviting space with no noticeable issues. As it was Christmas weekend, the hotel saw an increase in children, leading to some unavoidable noise. However, this was not a fault of the hotel itself. The breakfast setup was impressive, offering a well-organized selection that varied each day. It’s important to consider that this is a budget hotel with an older infrastructure. Yet, the staff’s attentiveness and care ensured a positive experience. Overall, a friendly atmosphere, thoughtful amenities, and a pleasant stay during the holiday weekend.”

Check In process was flawed, didn’t get the room I specified via the app. Room was fine but HVAC controls were disabled. 3 of 3 treadmills in exercise room were out of order. WiFi access messed up, front desk had to give me a special access code to use it. Pool was shut down by the local health department according to the sign. But breakfast was ok. location was perfect. Would I stay here again? Yes but…”

“I want to start this by saying our stay was 3 weeks and the staff were great, especially the day shift front desk and the kitchen staff. Our first night was bad. Someone pounded on our door trying to get in. I called the front desk and got no answer, so I called the police. They responded and could not find the find the person. I suspected the person next door who was loud and upset. After a few days of rude noises and yelling, we asked to move and the front desk was very helpful and moved us. Every weekday morning for the rest of our stay, the lady in the kitchen was very nice and the food was good. Overall, the owner needs to put some money back into this place. The laundry was down the entire time we were there and the rooms were showing their wear. The guests behavior is not the fault of the hotel, but in general, some of the guests were rude and entitled.”
