“Stayed there for 3 days for our visit in Osaka in late November and the location is excellent. Walking distance from 7 eleven, from the subway terminal and to Osaka Castle and museum. The staff was super helpful and friendly and the rooms were very clean, albeit a bit small, but i think that is Japan in general. Overall highly recommended and great value for money!!”

“Friendly staff BUT the hotel seems like old office refurbished into instant hotel. So it was rather an imitation of good looking hotel targeting foreign visitors. During your stay, you could easily hear other people talking next door through thin wall, shared bathroom, shared shower with no amenities. Honestly, this hotel is way overrated and I would choose other better hotel for the same amount of money. Don’t be fooled by nice looking image created by their marketing team.”

“Henn Na hotel is an amazing location with great value, a 2 min walk if you know which underground entrance to Shinsaibashi station and it’s situated in the middle, always short train rides or 10-15 min walks to the main attractions in Osaka. It’s also located right smack on what I call the Osaka spine which is a straight route up or down, down towards Dotombori and up towards Umeda where the giant Ferris wheel is. Firstly you’ll be greeted by electronic dinosaur receptionists and it’s actually disguised as a self check in kiosk, the process is intuitive and fuss free. Secondly, there’s a robot performance every hour in the lobby where young children will definitely enjoy. The rooms are clean and they do the job given its price point. Stayed there for 3 nights and they change your towels everyday, something that I appreciated. They even provide free breakfast everyday and every person is entitled to 2 onigiris along with a slew of croissants which run out quickly, milk, juice, miso soup. At night, they have a free self help cocktail reception ( yes free alcohol), no one really used it for the 3 days I was there and I had it all to myself. Overall it was an amazing experience”

“The location is easy to find along the road. The parking lot requires a reservation and costs 1000 yen. Used 2024/1. As the name suggests, it is simple and the amenities are minimal and located next to the front desk. There is nothing for women. Disposable slippers were only available to women upon request. The room is spacious and has luggage storage. I don't have to worry about the noise from the neighbors, and I can walk to USJ in about 15 minutes, so I've used it several times. The bath is compact, but the bathtub is a little spacious and easy to soak in. The free breakfast is now just bread and canned juice. Please keep your card key with you during your stay and put it in the key box when you return. It is best to make reservations from the official website. If you have a stamp card and stay for 5 nights, you will get 1000 yen back in cash!”
