“The building, especially the exterior walls and wooden railings on the ground floor, are dilapidated. The food is generally poor, both at breakfast and in the restaurant. Desserts such as cheese ice cream and grilled pineapple were good. The food was not great, but they were very attentive to our requests for spaghetti boiled softly, no chili or peppers, etc., so we were very satisfied as well. There was a bad waitress at the poolside restaurant who ignored customers when she made eye contact with them and had a brusque and blunt attitude, but the other waiters, hotel receptionist, and cleaning staff were very nice. The pool temperature was 32 degrees Celsius, and the water was not cold, so I was able to swim comfortably. The water temperature was 32 degrees Celsius and the water was not cold, so I could swim comfortably. It is only a country resort hotel, but I thought they are doing a good job.”

“It was a fun and nice calming nature experience. Good food really heavy meals. Nice ambience cozy rooms feels like natures home. River trip is outside the vicinity and you go for a walk in the community. Hiking is inside the area a lot of uphill steeps. Has a play area for kids. Game room with small court, table tennis, billiards (table and taco is in bad condition.) Has a nice pool to dip in. Many cabanas and places to chill n relax. We got the couple package for ₱5400 casita room w/ bfast and lunch overnight. Overall its a good place to be with nature and peaceful environment. Staffs are also friendly. We had to problem at all. They had bonfire at night too.”

“Bali inspired spacious villas in a lush verdant setting. Any spot in the resort is insta worthy. Friendly and attentive staff and good food. You don't have to stay overnight since you can just visit for a day and use facilities for a very reasonable price. They have large air-conditioned event place for weddings and other celebrations. Highly recommend”

“I do not recommend this resort because we were expecting a place to relax and not get stressed out by their poor management and customer service. See details below: ✅️ Location is 3 hours away from Imus, Cavite via SLEX-Lipa City. ✅️ Their sales office accommodated our last minute booking for day-tour (Dec 24, 2023) with AC room for 10 persons and a pet (with sanitation fee of P500). ❌️ Upon sending proof of downpayment, the sales person (Mikaela) was not answering the messages and calls and there was no confirmation via email which was contrary to what was indicated on their quotation. The sales person, who we learned later on was based in Manila, only replied that she was out of the office when we already arrived at the resort. All of the contact information shown in their quotation, website and social media accounts were all Manila-based. When we told the receptionist of the situation, she apologized and said that it was always the case--that the Manila sales office was hard to contact. How was it that when we were booking they were so quick to respond? Yet the management did nothing to resolve the issue. ❌️ The assigned room was located at the second floor having approximately 12 square meters excluding the toilet & bath. They said it is for 10 persons but can only comfortably fit 6 with a sofa set and a single bed. Lavatory has no water but shower has a working water heater. I stayed in the gazebo with my dog since the room was cramped. ✅️ Pets were not allowed in the Pavilion (open dining area) but we were allowed to dine at the gazebo nearby. It has 3 outdoor sofa sets and several dining table and chairs. Pets were not allowed in the pool but allowed in the beach. ✅️ Can bring snacks and drinks without corkage fee except for liquor. ❌️ If you just came out from swimming, staff will prevent you to go to the Pavilion and tell you that you should change clothes first. That's what they exactly told us. And what if we want to swim right back after lunch? Funny because the Pavilion was designed as an open dining area with ceramic floor tiles per se. Hence, all of us ate at the gazebo. ❌️ We ordered lunch at 11:30am and were told that food will be served after 30-45 minutes. Guess what? Food were served after an hour and a half just because they were waiting for the rice to be cooked. But what really happened was they priorotized the guests who were checked-in and so we had to wait. Another funny thing was that the food including the soup that we ordered were served cold. Dish for sharing is P450 for 2-3 persons excluding rice and drinks which we found a bit on the high side. ✅️ Beach is clear, medium coarse beige sand. ❌️ Fenced beach front so you are not allowed to walk along the shore of adjacent resort which should be a public place. ❌️ Around 3PM, the housekeeping supervisor (Carlo) asked the staff to clean the gazebo where we were staying and without any advise nor explanation, with the sour look on his face, moved our things and was clearly asking us to leave. ✅️ They served a managed buffet merienda which was included in the day tour package. I hope this gets to the owner of the resort. They will lose customers if no action will be done.”

“My stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The room was incredibly comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the wide and breathtaking views at the back. The pool area was a fantastic place to relax, and what impressed me most was how impeccably clean the room was. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.”

3195 Tagaytay - Calamba Rd, Tagaytay, 4120 Cavite, Philippines

“The Garden room was small but neat and clean. No tissue in the bedroom. No slippers and no bathrobe provided only towels which are located in the CR. There's a 1-ply tissue though in the CR. By the way, we didn't get a good sleep because of their window type A/C, it will cool and then not. The staffs were friendly but I hope they could improve their service. Like we appreciated it when they gave us a hot tea for goodnight sleep but the timing isn't right. We're scheduled to swim that evening so it would be better next time to gave the tea after the evening swimming rather than giving it early and tell the customers to re-heat the tea using electric kettle. We enjoyed the archery and swimming so all is good. By the way, this is located beside the church, so expect you can hear the singing from church.”

“Stayed overnight at Cabana Jr 1 on a weekday (Wed-Thurs). Pros: Affordable. No corkage fee on food. Fun pool slides (which are rusted already btw), easy access to the beach. Beautiful sunset. Fine dark sand. Cool chill-out spot at night at their beach bar with the instagrammable lights and bean bags. The place itself is easy to find and very accessible. Cons: The terrible smell of cat poop outside and near the open cottages and even inside our room. Old furniture, old fridge and bathroom. The lights in our room were so dim and only one was functioning. Not enough place to hang your towels in your room. Lack of chairs - we were 5 adults and 1 kid but only 3 plastic chairs were provided. And because it's affordable and it's summer, there are a lot of guests even on a weekday! Crowded pool and also could be cleaner, crowded beach. Lot of karaokes. It was still a great experience because we had fun, especially the kid. :) I won't say we got what we paid for tho, because the room was 4k and we still had to pay for entrance fees plus fees for electric kettle and rice cooker. Also no free breakfast. We didn't had time to try the resto so I can't comment on the food.”
