“Good for a night. It is a nice hotel, very clean and a helpful staff. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast but at least it was fresh. So if there was nothing wrong with it, why the 4 stars. Two reasons. First it's a bit expensive for what you get. And second, the décor is dated and the hotel needs an update. While I didn't see any damage or wear, the place just looked old. We travel a good deal and stay at either Hilton or Marriott properties. This location needs an update.”

“I stay here 10-20 nights a year when visiting family in Lincoln and it is always a remarkable experience. It's great having a branch of the Hyatt Brand here in Lincoln and this property is above and beyond the typical Hyatt Place. It is located in a unique layout in the Haymarket District which provides great access to restaurants, bars, and special events at the nearby Pinnacle Bank Arena that you won't find at more suburban hotels on the edge of town. Breakfast here is among the best of any Hyatt Place I have been to and it appears they take a lot of pride in this feature of the hotel. The seating area in the lobby/breakfast area is spacious with many different types of seating which is very conducive to getting some work done or taking a quick meeting. There is a small pool and well equipped gym also that is shared with the adjacent condo building. Staff here always goes above and beyond and have become friends over the years. I look forward to seeing them every time I am back in Nebraska. Great downtown Lincoln hotel.”

“Great place to stay! I can't think of a single thing to complain about! Price was great $70! Beds are comfortable and the pillows are perfect! Was clean! No funky smells. Breakfast was awesome! Lots of choices. Waffles, breakfast sandwiches, cereal hot and cold, fruit, yogurt. Juices, coffees, milk, hot chocolate, tea. Ice machine. Gym, pool. CLEAN! Friendly front desk clerks. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Cunningham on the lake has great food! Copperfields has excellent drinks! Highly recommended 👌 also there is outlets to plug your phones in on both sides of the bed! 😆”

“Be aware that the 2 bed rooms are 2 doubles and not queen, so they are going to sleep a little small by standard hotel bed sizes. Hot tub being broken seems like an ongoing problem. The location is also on the edge of what I'd feel comfortable with walking after dark. Service was amazing, however. nice variety of healthy options for breakfast, not just the usual high-carb fare.”

“Good location. Very nice hotel with an extremely good breakfast (in my honest opinion). It is an Eco friendly hotel, which is great…but this means things like room temperature is outside your immediate control (sometimes). Thus you may have to get the front desk’s help. That’s just a little inconvenient. My experience was I got to my room and it was freezing. Couldn’t move the temp up without front desk. I didn’t realize that until I got into the elevator and read the sign. Perhaps a small price to pay for eco friendly. Overall, I was happy with the hotel and its amenities. Service from staff was excellent and friendly. Great folks!!”

“Had a great stay at the Courtyard Aksarben Village. The reception staff was very nice and parking was easy and free. Great location if you have something going on in this area, or are fine with about a 15 minute drive to downtown. The rooms were clean and nice. It felt like the bathrooms could use some updates, and the tv was small and looked very dated. I would stay here again.”

“The Fairfield Inn at North Platte is in a great location. It is off the interstate and close to many local restaurants and sites. The room was clean and well taken care of. Housekeeping was every other day, I believe. The beds were clean and comfortable although softer (you sink in) than most mattresses I experience on travel. Breakfast was hit and miss. Sausages were not always cooked (warmed?) through. My 10 year old son is used to making waffles for hotel breakfast; here there are prepackaged warmed up waffles that he did not like (possibly too sweet?). I did have access issues: 1) our room key did not work the following day unfortunately during a down pour (was resolved with a reprogramming) and 2) there was miscommunication between front desk and housekeeping regarding my requested late checkout (housekeeping apologized and it worked out). Staff was courteous and friendly. I would stay here again.”

“-Bed size in the accessible rooms are NOT as advertised. It's a full, not a queen. And the pullout couch is only a twin so not enough room for our kids who had to stay with friends about an hour away. Disabled people have kids, too. We need an accessible room that has the space for them as well. -The bathroom is roomy enough for my wheelchair and while the room in shower is too small for a roll in shower chair, the shower chair with a back is nice - it would be great if you could add another hook lower down to hang the shower head from - because I can't reach up to a normal height and if the shower head is down where I can use it that means it's just swinging around for a lot of my shower. -Could easily hear staff and the people in the dinning room through the walls. -The room was clean, breakfast was the standard powder eggs, waffles, cereal, etc. -The pool and hot tub are STILL down - same as it was when we stayed 6 months ago. Pretty sure they don't ever plan on fixing it and they really need to pull that down from their website. Stop advertising a feature that you do not offer. -No problem with any of the staff - they did good. 👍”

“This was a great place! We only stayed one night, but there is a little kitchen and a washer/dryer, which would be nice for a longer stay. Breakfast was plentiful, including eggs, potatoes, sausage, cereal, juice, coffee, yogurt - even cappuccino or hot chocolate. They have a slushie machine and ice cream machine in the lobby, which is fun. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The only criticism I'd have is that in the accessible room we had, the sink was too high to use with a wheelchair (I could only see one inch of the top of my head in the mirror), and the toilet was too low with no bar to help someone stand up or transfer to and from a wheelchair.”

I get down there about 9:45am and the lady had already taken out the waffle batters and saw me looking around at options and she continued emptying out the eggs/sausage pans right in front of me as if I didn't want breakfast! If breakfast is until 10am everything should be there even 15 minutes before it's over. Everything else was decent, just extremely upset about the disrespectful worker who thought I walked into the breakfast area to watch her clean it out.”
