“I recently returned from a work related trip that required me to stay in Butte at the Fairfield Inn much longer than I originally anticipated. I had prior stayed at the local Holiday Inn, but found the rooms more updated, cleaner and better service all around at the Fairfield. The location of the hotel near the interstate made it very easy to get in and out of. I required to make many changes to extend my reservation while there, and Stacy (front desk manager) and her staff went out of their way to accommodate me and ensure that I was taken care of even during the busy summer timeframe. If staying anywhere in the Butte, MT area for work or pleasure, I would recommend this hotel for comfort, service and because the personnel really went out of their way to make this extended stay at the hotel seem almost like home. I am very appreciative of all of the help and professional service provided -- top notch!”

“This hotel was an outstanding stay for the price! Newer hotel- carpet still smelled like new. Decor very tasteful. Extremely clean. Nice parking lot- well lit. Parking is free. Easy access to hotel off Interstate 90. Lobby very inviting with lots of seating and fireplace. Room very comfortable with very comfortable bed. Large flat screen TV, Microwave & small refrigerator in room. Room was quiet. Breakfast was complimentary and delicious, with Waffles, eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and cold cereals. All employees were polite. There is a indoor Pool and hot tub but unfortunately we were too tired to try it out last night. There is a gas station next door. The hotel has a happy vibe and we would definitely stay at this hotel if in the area again!”

“Loved staying here!!! Everything is super clean! The rooms were large and clean! They allow your doggos to stay with you free of charge! Which was sooo nice! Our room had hardwood floors rather than carpet, which just added to the cleanliness of the place!! The housekeeping staff, and maintenance were all super nice! Breakfast was AMAZING!!!!!!! They have a pancake maker instead of waffles! They have sooooo many choices. The eggs are actually cooked in a skillet. I have never seen a hotel with such a nice spread for breakfast! Will be back when we go to Yellowstone again!”

“We came here after the luxury-turned-cheap-motel experience that was the Lake Yellowstone Hotel. We found the staff accommodating and knowledgable about the area. The beds were very comfortable, and the showers were wonderful. The pool and spa were well-kept and easy to use. The pool is kept at a warm temperature. The bathrooms even had a heating feature to dry our swimsuits! The attached restaurant was quaint, but the food was great and the portion sizes were massive - go with a big appetite! Service was a little slow, but the portion sizes more than made up for that. The location is also filled with history that is proudly displayed. This is a great go-to for anyone planning a Yellowstone vacation!”

“This is such a cool, historic building! My husband and I stayed here because it's relatively close to Glacier National Park (especially if you plan on visiting Two Medicine!). All of the staff were incredibly friendly, and the views were lovely. The food at the lounge was also tasty, as were the drinks. One thing to keep in mind before this next little bit: this building is OLD - over 100 years old! Which is part of the reason why it's so cool in my opinion. Now, that being said, the rooms are basic - bed, desk, a few chairs, tiny shower, toilet, and a fan (no TV, no AC). This was fine for us considering we just needed a place to rest our heads in the evening. However, the bed was so uncomfortable :( If you prefer a really firm mattress, you may like it, but we needed a little more cushion. I wouldn't rule out staying here again, but I would definitely take it into consideration - a good night's sleep is important if you've been hiking all day! There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the room either, but this ended up being okay; I brought a collapsible mini cooler and filled it with ice each night (they do have an ice machine!) and it kept our snacks chilled. Even if you decide to not stay here, it is worth checking out - historic building, golf course, yummy food and drinks, etc.”

“Stayed here for three nights. Rooms were super clean. They were cleaned up everyday when we returned in the evening. Breakfast coffee was good and it had the usual stuff. The scrambled eggs were top notch. It was very near to a snowmobile tour place we had to go in the morning. Lot of restaurants nearby. A couple of coffee shops that were open. Taking a star off as on the last night we stayed, there was someone cooking food in a tent outside which caused a lot of smoke to come inside the hotel and the hallways smells of the smoke. It also crept into our rooms.”

The lady at the desk was wonderful, we walked in and just gave her my name and she had everything all ready for us and I could get to our room without having to stand at the desk. “Beautiful room, honestly, it was cleaner than most missoula medical facilities. They pay a lot of attention to detail in the rooms. Great towel presentation, and plenty of them. The fridge was big enough to hold everything I needed it to. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had several options, and the pool was warm even though it -20 outside. I would stay here if you wanted clean rooms with a ton of usb charging ports in it.”

“We went to Lewistown for a sporting event for a long weekend and I loved the town. I loved staying at Judith Mountain Lodge, too. The service is exceptional-Jennifer and her team care about each guest and go out of their way to welcome each guest and make their stay memorable. The rooms were perfect-cozy and clean. I love how the rooms stayed true to the mountain feel. Make a reservation for dinner and enjoy the delights that the kitchen serves. And the location. The scenery is incredible, nestled in the mountains is perfect. The deer walking by to nibble on the foliage. The mountain climbing high nearby. The hiking is great and the views at the top are worth the work. I cannot recommend Judith Mountain Lodge enough and can't wait to return. You're in for a treat if you choose to stay there.”
