“One of my favorite hotels so far in Istanbul is the stunning views from the upper deck and restaurant area. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms are clean with high-end amenities. The hotel used to be an old soap factory from my understanding and recently renovated a few years back. Breakfast was great with many options to eat and a ton of fresh squeezed drinks. Many restaurants and bars that are walking distance right outside the hotel doors with an amazing shopping center close by.”

Nice pathway by the river to the beach of Agva on the Black Sea. The host is incredible woman who helps you everything you need, about boat river tour and organizing the taxi to airport. Even if you had some wish about some food you have just to tell her and she is organizing the kitchen. Location is great, the only thing is that taxis cannot drop the passengers at the hotel entrance because there are tram lines in the hotel’s street and no car is allowed. This might be important for families with kids. But this might be an issue everywhere in Istanbul’s city center anyway.”

“This hotel is truly a 4 star hotel in the beautiful old town of Istanbul. Very clean, friendly, helpful and good staff. Spacious rooms with soundproof windows. What I also liked was the extra security system that works with the room card. Only with this room card can you use the elevator to get to some rooms. Only guests can take the elevator to the desired floor/room. You have everything at hand. Restaurant and laundry service are excellent. “I stayed here for 3 nights. 5-7 min walk from Aya Sofya and Blue Mosque. Tram station is couple of min away too. Easy to go to Istiklal and Taksim via tram from here. All in all great location. We are family of 3 so good a room with three beds , enough space to accommodate all of us. If you are Turkish breakfast lover than you ll have great time here. Restaurant is big enough to accommodate everyone. The most important thing is their friendly staff. They take care of you well. Our luggage was stored while we were out in city and our flight was in evening. When we came back to pick luggage they served us with teamm and we keep on sitting in restaurant area until our taxi arrived. Full marks to all the staff members for your kindness and hardwork. Will surely return here next time.”

“A really calm and resting atmosphere to take a good break from the crowdedness of Istanbul. Wooden cottage rooms are super clean and well designed. Hosts were really nice! They bring us to the hotel the first day we came and avoided us 25 minutes of walk with luggages, they arranged us ATV tour (quad) in the mountains with a guide and pedalo on the river so that these activities were stress-free for us and they allowed us to stay a few hours more in hotel lobby while we were waiting our bus. We have no negative point to raise… and are letting you enjoying the attached pictures so that you can get a clear idea of the place. ;)”

The hotel management was very professional and friendly. The hotel also gives free breakfast and dinner and both were delicious. Disliked: The management should pay more attention to the cleaning and maintenance staff. The trash bin in the bathroom in my room was not emptied and my parents' room had stained bed sheets and their heating wasn't working. However, the hotel's management immediately sent somebody to fix those problems. Also, most of the service staff (cleaning, maintenance, etc.) didn't speak English so communication was hard.”
