“Great Hotel in the small town of Ilawa. Clean rooms and a good atmosphere. Cosy by the lake. |Good breakfast, but went empty very fast so had to wait a while for bread and eggs. But it was a lot of peoples there this week. |AC was not working in many of the rooms.|But all in all it is a great place with nice and helpful staff.”

“The location is great, food was also quite nice, that's about it. The bungalow was extremely dirty and even though there were multiple requests to clean the place, nobody came to clean. They promised to send in a cleaning lady, but she never showed up. Also, the shower pressure was horrible, and you had to wait for a long time to get warm water. Would not recommend.”

“WONDERFUL location, excellent hospitality, just what you would want. I visited the hotel/resort as part of an educational visit with all large group of participants. The room was very comfortable, large and clean. The food, breakfast, lunch, and supper were all very good. Lunch was served at the table, while the other two times were healthy buffets. The staff were all very polite and accommodating, and some went out of their way to assist. But, none were negative in any way. The hotel is located well away from any urban area, and surrounded by small to medium lakes in the woods. It's very serene and peaceful. I loved every moment of it.”
