“An exceptional hotel! Rarely have I enjoyed such good service. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the cable car. The walk is pleasant after a day on the slopes. There are a few bars along the way that invite you to après ski. The hotel is clean, the wellness area is great, the pool is excellent and the prices are reasonable. The breakfast is more than ample and even available until 1 pm. The in-house restaurant is almost perfect. Top selection and absolutely delicious Any time again!”

“The Gimming is a nice hotel and it’s in an excellent location for the ski school & 900m gondola. Breakfast here is fantastic and I particularly enjoyed the breads on offer. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly & helpful. There’s a main restaurant is for hotel guests and a smaller restaurant for non-hotel guests. After a hard day skiing you want a nice meal and you will get that at the Grimming. I would recommend this establishment and I would return here in the future.”

“It was a perfect leisure experience. We really liked the place and the hotel. Our room was recently upgraded and very clean, but the bed positions were a bit odd. Very friendly and helpful staff- the owner family was always around to assist and support. Very good food and and large variety. The wellness ward was impressive and larger than expected with various sauna, quiet rooms, massage and indoor/ outdoor pools. The hotel offers fantastic activities for smaller children like mini zoo, horse-back-riding, animal feeding and indoor/ outdoor playgrounds. It was pleasure to stay here!”

“--What I like-- There is a pool and it is very beautiful with a nice mountain view. Breakfast was good but the options were limited. We stayed 3 nights in a family suite which has the best view in the whole hotel. I would say the owner was very helpful. We did get a discount book from a hotel. With that book we got some nice discounts for the tickets to the main attraction in Zell am see. --What I don't like-- There was no ion in the room even though we booked a family suite. One light was not lightning in the bedroom. Wifi is not strong in the room as you would have expected. The bathroom door does not have a lock to lock door also the body wash container is not placed near the shower but near the washbasin. For this price and room, I would expect to have a fan or remote air conditioner for the summer.”
