But light and air con worked without the card. There is no sign for explanation. -the doors are badly isolated, you hear everything in the hallway, expecially when closed, during night really annoying. -we expected from a business hotel good english. But normally they werent english skills or really basic. -Foreign plates get a paper in the windshield that they are not responsible for breakins etc. eventhough they have a camera -In general the facilities are good, but the processes are ineffienct”

“The Hotel is quite close to the Sanctuary of Loreto and about 15 mins. by car to the nearest beach. It is within some lovely woodland grounds and appears to have ample outside parking. Although the hotel’s interior gives the impression of having aged, with stained carpets at the lobby, and the rooms could do with a good paint job, especially near the windows, it was very clean and comfortable with complimentary tea/coffee facilities and a small fridge. Maintenance of ventilation appears to be done well, a modern bathroom with excellent shower etc. The breakfast area was comfortable, spacious, bright, and adequately stocked for a nice morning meal. Again, helpful and attentive, welcoming staff. All in all, a nice experience and at a very reasonable price for a family of three. “Review about the restaurant. Very beautiful structure, both internally and externally, which smells of a well-kept and well-kept farmhouse, warm and welcoming inside. The mixed starter was pleasant, but here too, many things were almost tasteless, such as the lentil in broth, the cheese sauces, the marinated radicchio, all subpar. The lamb coratella is amazing, I could have eaten it endlessly. Good cured meats and cheeses, but not memorable. White and red house wine, these too, not among the best I've drunk, on the contrary. With coffee and bitters, final cost €28. It's really a shame, I expected to eat very well, but instead I have to admit that I don't want to go back to eat in this beautiful place.”

“Staying at Hans and Massimo's agri tourismu is a unique experience. Massino cooked for us the best Italian plates one can expect. Passion, love, generosity are there in every dish. Each night was a surprise. We were the only customers having dinner every evening at 8h30 pm. meal comprise antipasto, primo piatto ( risotto, pasta,, soup...) Secondo piatto (generally meat), dessert, water, coffee, digestivo. Massimo is an experienced, gifted Italian chef who used to work for luxurious palaces in France and Italy the last 35 years. Most components from meals come from either their farm or their neighbours. Hans is a veterinarian, who shared his passion for animals from the farm. We learned, during this stay, about cows, goats, chickens, the basics about life in a farm. Thank you Hans for sharing. There are four rooms with all necessary equipment. The bed are comfortable. The sleep is restfull. View from the restaurant on the valley is breathtaking. Their agri tourismu is on the top of a hill totally isolated. The last kilometer of the road is unpaved. You feel like being on an island. If Paradis existed it would look like that. There are several beautiful cities to visit at 45 minutes by car .Assisi, Gubbiu, Fabriano, Perugia, ( home town of Massimo ) Ancona. Every city is worth a day of visit. We came here planning to stay two nights, and every day we postponed by one day our departure, finally spending 5 nights. Thank you Hans, Massimo for making us feel so special during this memorable week we will never forget.”
