Dave ( toastmaster extraordinaire) made the evening run so smoothly. About 30 of us stayed over and breakfast was brilliant. The late night bar man, sorry we kept you up, was so lovely. “We stayed overnight when we attended our friend's daughter's wedding at The Gibbon Bridge. It's a beautiful venue, the grounds and surrounding scenery are stunning, perfect for such a very special day. Our rooms were really spacious, with a lounge area downstairs and bedroom upstairs. The wedding meal was delicious and the breakfast the following morning was delicious and in fact one of the best breakfasts we've ever had. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive.”

“Stayed here with my husband who treated me for my birthday. A beautiful hotel. The staff were excellent. Breakfast was a treat. We didn't use the pool so can't comment on that. The only concern I have is that our used towels were just left on the bedroom floor after our room had been cleaned and new towels put in the bathroom.... not really a problem but was a little shocked to see. All in all a lovely time was had and would certainly recommend to friends.”

“Lovely area food was OK rooms need updating and decor not good peeling paint. Pub downstairs shut on Xmas eve at 5pm which we were not informed of when we booked so was in are rooms from 5pm. Owners were lovely and gave there apology for the mix up. We made our own fun playing board games that we took with us would have been nice to access to the bar. Would not go back.”

“I recently had a fantastic stay at the Priory Cafe, Bed and Breakfast. Myself and my wife had attended a wedding in the local area, and opted to stay here for the evening. Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The staff on arrival, were polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms were an excellent size and the beds/pillows, were of great quality. Both myself and my wife agreed it was one of the best night's sleep we've had at a hotel. There was plenty of options for breakfast. I opted for a full English, as I was nursing a slight hangover from the wedding. The breakfast was delicious, and well needed. Overall, we had a brilliant stay and I would definitely stay again if I every found myself in that area.”
