“This place was phenomenal! The service we got as of our arrival was excellent. I had mentioned in our reservation that we were with Autocamp Cape Cod on our honeymoon and they didn’t fail to deliver a wonderful experience! Upon arrival at our Airstream we were greeted by a bottle of sparkling cider, 2 glasses and a wonderful note from the staff wishing us a happy honeymoon! Also we adored the supper for 2 that the we can cook over our fire pit. The sides were prepared in advance, all we needed to cook our protein and heat up the sides and voila! Supper for 2 at our campsite! Wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!”

“This hotel doesn't even have water or soap for you in your room. If you're not a silver member you have to pay for your beverages. I have just joined their member program but was disappointed that these amenities are not in your room. Hand soap??? They do have nice cookies and coffee for you but I don't drink coffee. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful. I definitely will stay again but did not know about the member status.”

“My partner and I have been staying at Brass Key for many years. we normally stay here and were married on the terrace of our room. We loved it here…until the new ownership. our last stay was less than stellar and then we found out the hotel had been sold. we were looking to book for this year and found that pricing is now double or triple previous rates and no longer sustainable for loyal guests. this approach by these large ownerships buying up hospitality businesses will be the downfall of this town. returning guests who place high priority on exceptional accommodations appreciate being valued as loyal guests. Brass Key is sadly no longer that place. corporate greed is taking over this town. truly a shame.”

“Such a charming place! The owner and staff are wonderful- very accommodating. Our room was bright & airy, perfectly clean, with a super comfortable bed, and great amenities. The continental breakfast had a nice selection – with especially good coffee and fresh fruit. The location of the inn is quite convenient, where we were easily able to explore the entire Cape. We ended up staying five nights and didn’t want to leave…will definitely be back!”

“We enjoyed a two-night getaway at this clean, pleasant boutique motel walking distance to the Island Queen ferry and several restaurants and stores. Our room had a fridge, microwave, quiet AC, adorable little gas fireplace, and a spacious jacuzzi! Aaaaaaahhhhhhh! Plus, the shower was perfect! How often can you say that? Their “barn,” located in a patio area, is where you find continental breakfast, as well as all-day tea and coffee, jigsaw puzzles and board games, corkscrews and wine glasses, and so forth. I assume that during the summer, people can meet and greet and be as social as they want inside the barn or just outside in their patio area, but we were there in October so we had the barn all to ourselves! Cindy was a pleasant and friendly host who has a cute little dog, who we bet is the real supervisor!”

The bed was so high off the ground, my husband had to hoist me up (I'm 5'6"). Breakfast was kinda lame. Go get coffee across the street. I'd go back just for the view”

The woman taking care of the desk is Sheila and she couldn't have been more nice if she tried. “I stayed here by chance not knowing much about it. Everything was fantastic. The parties are there in the evenings so I didn’t have to go far. The location is convenient to everything. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I did have to wear ear plugs until 1am once I decided to go up but that is to be expected when you are staying where the party is. The weekend underwear party was great except a little too packed for safety.”

“Stayed this past weekend with my family. Weather was perfect, not to crowded, everyone had a great time. The boys loved the Inflatable park and the wave pool. My wife's favorite part was security. She lost her phone and Jeff took it upon himself to get my info and was in constant contact until the phone was recovered on sunday afternoon. He then send the phone back to us overnight so she had it Tuesday. Great place good times amazing staff! Hope to spend many more summer vacations there.”
