“I liked this place, a good-sized room conveniently split into bed and not-bed areas. Nice kitchen area, not fancy of course but fine. And a good price (I stayed at a pretty dead time.) Also, wired internet, a rarity in this day. Big TV in each room. Effective HVAC, if a little loud. Nice bed, couch, chairs, etc etc. Oh, and the b'fast was pretty good. I would have given 4 stars, but while I was there they were doing some cleaning/painting on the exterior of the building. That's fine, and actually nice, in general. However, I walked out of the building one day to find a couple of orange cones behind my car, and a little crane thing right next to it with guys doing exterior work right up above! Some kind of sticky gunk got all over my car, which (thankfully) isn't paint and it comes off. However, I generally prefer not to have my car dusted with gunk by a hotel while I'm parked.”

“We've been at this hotel for six days. The room is exceptionally clean and its location allows us to reach anywhere quickly. However, the hot water in the shower isn't as hot as expected and the sink water lacks cold temperature. It would be great if they provided a microwave in the room for added convenience. Additionally, if you have trouble falling asleep this might not be the best place as road noise can be quite noticeable.”

“Our room was perfect for our needs. Being able to have our two small dogs with us was a plus. Breakfast was good - eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries, yogurt, juices, breads. The room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. The bed was perfect - had a great nights sleep (also very quiet). If in the area again, we will be back.”

“This is a potentially nice hotel. the rooms were spacious and the accommodation is nice. However, the walls are thin, and halls can be noisy. If you're looking for a nice quiet place to get some rest. You may want to look somewhere else. If wild partying, loud talking and blasting music don't bother you, this may be a good place for you to consider staying.”

“I cannot comment on the grievances reported by other guests as my stay was for a single night with minimal interaction with the hotel staff and amenities. Check in and check out were very smooth (I had booked through a 3rd party website). Room was spacious with a king bed, desk, couch, microwave, mini fridge and a TV. Air conditioning worked well enough. Bathroom and bed were clean. The room overall could use some touchups as some paint was coming off here and there - but not enough (yet) to be a turn off. There are 2 reasons I'm taking a star off this review. One, only one of the two elevators were operational during my stay which resulted in longer than usual wait times. Two, the breakfast was nothing to look forward to. It was complementary so I tried it. Only consider it if you need to put something in your stomach quickly early in the morning. All-in-all, for the price point, I was satisfied with my stay with the location being great. In vicinity to busy areas of Frisco and off the tollway, near Preston. Generally, a safe and well maintained area. Parking on premises. WiFi was pretty decent. I was able to live stream (espn) with a couple of refreshes. Plenty of food options around and easy 3rd party app delivery.”

Can I just say EVERYONE of the staff exemplified outstanding customer service, Michelle, Angel, and Raj were all great in meeting my needs- my room was comfortable- everything was clean - the location was in a great location HEB is just a block away. It was a comfortable, quiet, AFFORDABLE and safe. (cameras are everywhere) ☺️”

This AC hotel pricing was competitive compared to others in the area. We were super close to shopping and restaurants in the area that we wanted to explore.
