“We were only in Gaitlinburg for one night. But it was a great affordable hotel. The rooms were clean. The office staff was nice. It was located close to the things we wanted to see and do. It’s not fancy but nice big rooms. Our room had a great view of the creek behind us with a balcony you could sit on. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.”

“Staff was amazing and very friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Great hotel. The 4 stars is due to the bathroom. 1st- the bathroom door is a slider. It is the closet door that slides to cover the closet and/or the bathroom. Not an issue IF it closed the actual bathroom off. The door might as well be open. No seal. Everyone can hear your business and peek in if they want. No way to get privacy. 2nd- the faucet! The hard spray is annoying. The first time you turn it on be prepared for a spray of water on the counter and YOU. Think you'll remember it the next time you go to turn it on? Ha. Nope. Overall wasn't horrible.”

“I recently had the pleasure of spending four nights at the Blue Mountain Mist Country Inn and had the most relaxing, pampered time of my life. The rooms are wonderful, clean, roomy, and very comfortable. Breakfasts are delicious. Each morning the staff prepares and serves a fresh, home-cooked meal delivered to your table. Don't overlook ordering a dinner meal. My meal was so delicious! The spa services are also excellent. Everyone I met at the Inn was warm and friendly. I highly recommend staying at the Blue Mountain Mist Inn whether you are planning a trip to the Pigeon Forge area or if you just want a beautiful place for some R & R.”

“The room is great. The location is good, but it is quite a walk to the strip. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff is very attentive. I have two complaints. We have been here three days and have not received any housekeeping. I requested towels and never got them. I had to go to the front desk when we got back to our room late one night to ask for them and toilet paper. The guy that has been at the front desk our whole stay is terrible. ZERO customer service. You can go stand at the desk forever and he will not look up at you or acknowledge you. He doesn't say a word when you walk by. If you need something, your presence is an inconvenience to him. I'm a Marriot member and I'm highly dissatisfied by the customer service here.”

“Brenda should be fired and its being worked on. Horrible customer service. Had to elevate my concerns to corporate and get call reviewed. If you're having a bad day, stay home or don't be at the front desk answering phones. Made inflammatory statements out of no where. Don't know if she's on medication or needs it. Very strange and out of touch conversation from someone supposed to be working in customer service. Before hanging up on me states, "I have the power here and I'm canceling your room!" Such an odd thing to say. Ma'am, you work the phones at a 2 start hotel. Enjoy that sprinkle of power in your life.”

“Nelson at the front desk was extremely helpful before we ever got there! I called in and explained my situation and he accommodated our special need. Also, he was the most friendly one when we got there. Rooms are very large and the price was reasonable! Love 💕 the custom shades they had on the windows that blocked all of the light 100%. No blinding light coming in at 6 AM! Wonderful extra touch!”
