A bottle of wine and cognac tasting and delicious breakfast all included! Enhanced by a wonderful staff. Loved every minute of our stay.”

“The room, a "suite," was large with an area near the door with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker (none of which we used). The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was adequate and the woman who was tending to things was very good at keeping it stocked and was friendly. The other staff was nice as well. The exercise room had a recumbent bike, a Peloton and a treadmill and they all worked. There were weights and another guest noted there was no bench for using with the weights. All in all, it was a good place to stay at a reasonable price.”

“My husband and I came to this Inn in February for our anniversary. We absolutely adored our stay. We stayed in the Gilded stage room and the bathroom was luxurious (multiple shower heads, heater right outside the shower, and a heated toilet seat too!). The room was clean and well kept and the bed was very comfortable. In the morning we were kindly greeted by the owners who made us breakfast, which was very delicious and filling. This Inn was very conveniently located to local attractions. If we return to the Berkshires we will definitely be staying here again!”

“Loved the Williams Inn like all previous reviewers. Solo woman traveler getting away for weekend. Front staff patient and helpful. Stayed in lovely room 221. Loved the coffee bar on each floor! I was a little technology challenged to stream Netflix but help desk 800 number was responsive. Clean, quiet, great location. Lobby area welcoming and firepit looked comfortable. The next day, I left the room to get coffee and the rooms security latch made it so I couldn't get back in.. Housekeeper Havana immediately called her supervisor for help. And Gary in maintenance happened by and immediately ran for a tool and got me in the room. The whole ordeal lasted less then 10 minutes and both were very efficient and kind about it. Kudos to them.. The inn is Minutes drive to Clark Museum. Recommend Mount Greylock 30 min. away. View would have been spectacular on a clearer day but still worth the drive for the monument and lodge. A black bear crossed in front of car which was a surprise! Not really a fan of North Adams and would not stay there as a solo traveler. The Moca is about a 15 min ride from the Williams Inn. Advice is if you want to eat at at inn restaurant, make reservation before arrival. On my mid week arrival day. The restaurant was booked and even though I sat in bar for 15 min. I couldn't get any service..As it was already 8pm and local eateries seem to close at 9..I headed to Pera..a 3 min walk on Spring St. EXCELLENT meal and service.. Again, loved my stay at Williams. Will be back! Thank you Williams Inn for a wonderful stay”

“I had a lovely stay during a quiet time post holiday and my room was exceptionally clean. it was warm and toasty and I enjoyed breakfast and coffee in the warm dining area listening to beautiful assortment of music. I loved the eclectic decor and private spaces for gathering. Will definitely come back other seasons and look forward to sampling some of the music concerts. ..”

“We recently hosted our post wedding breakfast send off at Bascom Lodge with coffee + pastries and couldn’t recommend the location, staff, or product more highly! The view from the enclosed porch - or even their standard dining room - is spectacular. The team is an absolute joy to work with. The homemade pastries were the talk of of the party and the set-up was more than we needed or expected for the fact that we were on the top of a mountain! While we haven’t stayed overnight as guests, I would definitely say you can’t go wrong hosting an event here!”

“Absolute horrible experience here. Server was not remotely any where to Be found the entire time we were there. Couldn’t make drinks- jack and ginger,white sangria,sex on the beach- excuse was “bartender is new”. Charcuterie board was no fruit,old tasting crackers and huge chunks of cheese. Two salads that we tasteless and made with some weird lettuce.. An hour and a half later we finally received our meal..mine came on a skillet and was cold and in an inch of grease . His was two really small pieces of pork and a few veggies. Was told we couldn’t take home one dessert and then they were out of another- took two mousse cakes home that tasted as if there was alcohol or cleaner in it. Decor was nice except for the lights that had every other light bulb out. Was charged $157.00 for food not eaten and drinks that were terrible. Definitely will not be back”

“Beautiful old house on a gorgeous property! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I only stayed one night but the room was clean and easily accessible. Water pressure in the shower was surprisingly good for the age of the property. Breakfast was available in the morning and had a large variety of food!”
