“We stayed in one of their suites and had a wonderful long weekend in a beautiful big room overlooking the water and st. Malo. When we first arrived we met the manager who was very nice and wished us a pleasant stay. Every area of staff was well trained, kind, and helpful. The rooms seemed newly renovated and in excellent condition. The bed was incredibly comfortable and so we slept very well. We were especially pleased with the effective climate control in the room which was not controlled centrally so we were able to customize our comfort. Breakfast had a lovely view and was very good. There it an omelet bar. Room service was quick and fresh. The daily housekeeping was done while we were at breakfast which was very convenient. I appreciated that turn down service came up to us every evening even though we never wanted anything but the gavottes! Thank you! Tips: reserve parking in advance if you're bringing a car.”

“Great hotel for a 3 star category, it was our first time to try BRIT HOTEL and I was expectung less because the price is not expensive. CLEANLINESS IS SUPERB. This is the cleanest hotel i ever visited, higher class hotel could be less hygienic than this but thanks to the minimalist design of the rooms and practical setting all in all we got everything we need. The Pool which is I think the main asset interms of amenties it is beyond what you expect, its super brand new and clean, the vestier alone gives you a luxery ambience they aldo have a gym that is accesible anytime without reservation. The staffs are very kind and welcoming, most french will not try to speak in English but they do their best to be understood, I would like to personally thank Mr. Christopher the night shift lobby personnel during our stay who helped us to get an ambulance because my wife was having an emergency condition. We will definitely recommend this for those people who wishes to visit the mont saint michel its only 40 minutes away and to pamper yourself with nice warm pool and spa. It is all worth it! “Read mixed reviews before our stay but I don't know why. Excellent welcoming reception staff. Roomy comfortable room with large shower. Convenient fairly priced underground car park and only a short drive to the walled town for a meal and to the ferry port. WiFi and breakfast very good. OK so there's no drink facilities in the room but free coffee is available in the comfortable bar. We will not hesitate to return.”

“I can honestly say I will not book this hotel again. Although the staff was polite and helpful, the hotel in general was really dated and felt dirty overall. Apart, of course, from the reception which was kept spotless. The corridors and the smell of old moldy furniture gave it away even before I got to the room. The room had over-worn carpets and the shower box had mold all over it. Nothing that a good dose of bleach could not solve, in my opinion, although some of the stains in the shower floor had a much stronger stain. Didn't feel clean at all. From the price + value perspective, it performed poorly even though I found the breakfast to be reasonable. Disappointed.”

Looks like it’s not open Sunday either according to previous reviews. Not even the basics of room coffee making facilities. So this is what they offer you. Go to the pizza place down the road. Which is appalling if you like warm to cold pizza. For your money go else where. They miss leading people in showing the wonderful restaurant meals. Take a shoe horn with you to use the room toilet. Small isn’t the word. Ignore the room photos.”
