If you book a double room you get two single beds pushed together with separate sheets. rooms are tiny & the glass box bathroom even smaller. No safe in the room & rooms are boiling hot. Tea / coffee never topped up in rooms. Hair dryer stops working after 10 mins of use. Breakfast is awful, better off going elsewhere. We felt staff lacked warmth. For a boutique 4 star hotel would have expected a bit better. But it’s not awful . We would probably go elsewhere if we returned”

For my stay in a single room, the amount of storage space was a bit limited and the bathroom was very small, but these are relatively minor details - otherwise, comfort and amenities are excellent. I didn't try the restaurant, but the breakfast buffet is superb. The open-air roof bar on the 5th floor has glorious views across Krakow.”

“My wife and I stayed at the Abbey and we loved it. We really enjoyed staying at this monastery - the oldest Benedictine monastery in Poland. We had an opportunity to join in the Liturgy of the Hours (prayers) with the benedictine monks which was wonderful. We really enjoyed the "guided" tour of the Abbey - with Monica - who did a great job (showing us and explaining the history of the place, and even telling us stories of some of the different monks - and some of their work - which besides helping evangelize - some get creative and craft beer, which was delicious). We had a wonderful room with a view of the Vistula river. We also had a chance to visit the museum which was nice. We also took advantage of their store - which had a lot of local crafts (bread, beer, jam - which we purchased and it's been great). Overall would highly recommend staying here. (Note: breakfast was buffet style and simple - just to set expectations).”

“Triple room for 3 people. I went with my sister and dad in a birthday visit to Krakow and was so impressed with the hotel. From arrival, we were welcomed in. The rooms were lovely and modern with traditional artwork. Great size for 3 people with a desk, seating and mini fridge. Breakfast in the restaurant/bar area was self serve and had everything you needed. A variety of hot foods and continental style options. Coffee machine and tea making available. We did a day trip which started with a 6am pickup. The hotel make us all lunch bags to take with as as we wouldn’t be able to have breakfast. In the bag they gave us all 2 sandwiches, snacks, apple and water. Was such a good selection for our trip out 🙌🏼 Would highly recommend and would definitely book again if I were to visit again.”

“I arrived at around 21:00 by bus and went to the apartment to check in. The check-in went well. But when I arrived at the apartment I was baffled about the state of the interior. Based on the pictures that I looked at in the booking process I expected - and paid for - something completely different. The whole apartment was dirty. The sheets of the bed and the mattress where extremly dirty. Besides of the bed the kitchen and bathroom where also not cleaned and worn. I tried to contact the reception but the office was closed and the given number was not reachable. I also contacted them on booking.com but never heard back from them. Since I couldn't reach the reception and the apartment was extremly dirty, I was forced to book another apartment last minute on airbnb. I never had such a bad experience when traveling”
