“This is by far the nicest Best Western I have ever stayed in! We got upgraded to a lovely suite with a jacuzzi tub and a fireplace. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. We could watch the alpacas roam from the comfort of our room. The catered breakfast was delicious! The surroundings were so peaceful and quiet. We loved how dog friendly they are and the location is just a short walk to town on nice paved walking/biking paths. If we ever come back to Sisters, we would definitely stay here again!”

“This is the absolutely most relaxing and quiet resort in the Bend area. I can't remember how many times I've been here but I keep craving it. I literally can't think of a better place to truly unwind...and I've been about everywhere. The pool and hot tub are heated /open all winter and the resort, restaurant and amenities are all high end. It's a bit of a drive to town but that's what's required to be this secluded and quiet. All you hear at night is coyotes.”

“Before booking my trip to Bend, I called the hotel and asked for a later check out at 1 PM. I have been traveling for business and I was going to be up late so I wanted to make sure that I would have enough time in the morning to get rest, upon arrival, the first room smelt like a dog bath we were transferred to a different room which was OK but there was dog hair on the bed got woke up at 11 AM from housekeeping immediately got a phone call from the front desk telling me that I had to get out of my room I do not recommend this place. They are not respectful they take your money and not do what they say they’re gonna do. $10 to park get real.”

“Horrible experience. 2 days before a trip to bend, I called and booked a room with this company. He asked for my card. I gave him my card information. Told me everything was fine. I drive 4 hours to get to bend. Arrive almost 8:00 at night. I come in to get my key and find out where my room is. I'm informed that my card was declined and they gave my room away. They never contacted me to try to rerun the card. When I asked why they never contacted me, they told me that it's not their responsibility. I should have received a notification from whoever I booked it with. I informed them that I booked it through them and they said I did not. Went in my call history and hit redial on the phone number. I called and their phone at their desk started ringing. I contacted my bank and they said they never received a transaction so there would be no reason the card would have been declined unless they typed it in incorrectly. Has to talk to the supervisor and was given a card. I called that card while standing there in the phone behind the counter rang. They said they had no vacancy even though they're signed out front says they have vacancy. I continue to attempt to have a conversation with them and they kept talking over me. Would not actually let me ask my questions. Eventually they just went into the back room and shut the door and turned off the lights and never came back out. The rooms might be fine. I'll never know. But the service was absolutely horrible.”
