“My husband is a long-term patient of the Mayo Clinic and this hotel is a God-send. Reasonably priced, close to the Mayo and all kinds of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are clean, fashionable and the beds are comfortable. Each room has a microwave and a mini-fridge which is so convenient for a patient from Mayo who may not be as mobile and needs to bring food in. The staff is accommodating and the service is good. I like that they are security conscious and keep the outside doors locked at night. We strongly recommend them for anyone looking for short or long term stays!”

“I spent almost 2 weeks there, and I'm headed back. The parking is well lit but not great if you're pulling a trailer. You're a mile off the beach with plenty of food close by. The hotel has a well stocked pantry with adult beverages available as well. The staff is great, friendly and helpful.”

“We stayed here this weekend, the staff is incredibly friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast is served from 6-10AM and was good. Unfortunately there was a roach in our room. Also, be aware that the door doesn’t close by itself, you have to push it in. The hallway’s A/C in 2nd floor is not working, it’s really hot until you get into your room.”

“We booked a room here at the last minute when a winter storm changed our travel plans, and we were happy to land at this lovely hotel. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Due to a couple of snafus, we had to change rooms twice when we arrived. However, we were compensated for this inconvenience; the staff made it right and we have no complaints. The hotel offers some limited dinner selections right in the common area/reception. We were delighted that we did not have to go out in the storm to find food, because they were able to accommodate our vegan diet through some creative adjusting of menu items. Very convenient off the highway, too. We would stay here again.”

“Nasty hotel. Breakfast mediocre they shut down at 9am. Room stunk like musty wet carpet. We were supposed to have connecting rooms - didn’t happen. Shower water had minimal pressure and surrounding area has NO food options on holidays! Only thing open was Waffle House and Dennys- Jacksonville you can do much better than this!”

“Miss Aurora is such a gem! She was extremely helpful and so sweet. She does a fantastic job in the mornings with breakfast and making sure everyone has everything they need and that everything is stocked. The hotel itself is at a great location, we were close to so much which was really convenient. It was clean, the staff was kind, our room was spacious & the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here!”
