“We stayed here for two nights on our way from Europe to Mexico. Its a really nice hotel, bright, modern design, pleasant rooms, clean and very well located. Loved the glass bottle in the room that you can fill with filtered water, instead of all the plastic bottles you would normally get. The roof top bar is a nice extra bonus. The only think I'd say could drastically improve is the (non existent) service at breakfast.”

“What a pleasant surprise.... when I had a restful sleep and woke up to take a shower and discovered the water here is soft! I cannot tell you how much of a difference soft water makes. The only thing better than the accommodations here was the pleasant and attentive staff. Just a short skip off of the loop 202 south on Price you'll find this welcoming Hotel. “wonderful place to stay. stayed for couple of days. everything is good. clean rooms, nice location walkable to the old town, decent breakfast and excellent staff above everything else. they can improve on few minor things such as the guest laundry dryers are smaller, the breakfast time on special days like new years eve etc can be increased by 30 mins or so. The lack of elevator also means that if you have a lot of luggage you will have to lift them by hand.”

“This place was just OK. My favorite thing was the room size and my least favorite was the service. We had the suite and it was big. I only paid $100 for this room so I wasn’t expecting much but the size was impressive. Otherwise the room was dated, but clean. Some missing paint here and there, the toilet didn’t quite flush right, old carpet, but it was acceptable. The service was definitely lacking. From the service without a smile at check-in to the weird breakfast janitor who playfully but aggressively scolded my infant for eating messily, everyone we interacted with seemed like they hated their job. This place really needs to get itself together service-wise. It’s cheap but I’d skip it next time. There’s lots of other choices in Phoenix.”

I was reading reviews on the hotels along Central Phoenix, and didn't think I would find anything in my price range that wasn't full of bugs or plagued by homeless and drug heads. I looked a little west of town and found this gem. It was so nice, but no 10 star option available- as they deserve it. the rooms are amazing, the facilities are super clean, staff are very polite and professional, and breakfast was perfect! the parking lot was packed, and I now see why!”
