“Had brunch there recently. The place was empty yet it took 40 minutes to receive eggs, which were poorly done. When we inquired what the hold up was, we were told they were out of Benedict sauce, and did we want to change order. Since we waited so long already, my friend said bring it without sauce. Then we waited another 20 minutes till food came out. The experience went from expecting a nice brunch, to being agrivated. Definitely not fulfilling our expectation to eat at The Inn at Boltwood. In the end they did comp my friends meal, but it soured the luncheon for both of us. Will not be going back.”
