The culinary experience is delightful, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was initially assigned a twin-bedded room upon arrival. However, Satyam promptly addressed the situation the next day, effortlessly managing the room change and ensuring a seamless transfer of my belongings. What truly stood out was the consistent follow-up. I must commend Vinit for being an outstanding asset to the team. His ever-present smile, humility, and professional demeanor make him a true gem and an aspiring hotelier. Despite my reluctance, I had to bring certain tech requirements to Kunwar's attention; the Hotel Manager and I appreciate his swift resolution despite the necessary assertiveness. My visits here have become a routine due to the comfort it provides, and the added benefit of a gym further enhances my experience. Notably, the food has become a favorite among my colleagues and friends, earning kudos for the entire team.
