“We had a fantastic week here and would really recommend it. The service was superb from everyone and nothing was too much for the team. They gave us excellent advice on where to go and explore. Everything felt new and fresh, helped by the excellent team who serviced the rooms. Whilst the beach is a short walk away (which we loved) it was good to have access to the free shuttle to two different beach clubs. The breakfast was fantastic with a really wide range of choice. We loved Vieste and all that it had to offer for an amazing Italian break.”

“I would give this place a 4 or even more for location and cleannes. This hotel is located in the middle of the pine woods, minute away from both the harbour and the main square. Service and decor, however, are way below a 4-star standard. Furniture is cheap looking and old, and service's got a lot to be desired. An example above all: at breakfast, tables are not cleaned and made ready for new guests. You literally need to ask for cutlery, sit at a table with a tablecloth full of crumbles and stains from previous guests and chase the waiter to get a coffee. Also, check-out is no later than 10am, and the pool cannot be used between 12pm and 4pm (the hottest hours of the day!!)”

“The location is the absolute best as you are in the heart of the bast part of town. Nice restaurants and shops as soon as you walk outside your hotel. The rooms could be upgraded with much larger TV’s and the water pressure is pretty low. The hotel staff was extremely nice in helping us in every way. The morning breakfast was good but don’t think you are getting a buffet. There is a variety but it’s limited and the best I saw was a nice croissant with ham and cheese. They also have cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit jelly and I will add that it all seemed top shelf so it was great. There is a nice man that greets you and helps if you have any questions. He will also make you a Latte or specialty coffee of your choice and he does a fantastic job! We stayed at the highest point overlooking the beach so I’m guessing it was the best room they had and the video gives you an idea of what it is. I paid $220 a night for 7 days. The private beach at the bottom is the best part about this hotel. It closes at 6 pm and I feel it would of great to see it open later into the night. There one huge issue if you have a car, there is No parking at the hotel because of the location. You must park your car at a place that is a 6-10 minute walk and it’s where you will see some boats and tour boats docked. The hotel receptions will show you the location.”
