“Nice hotel, central location and quiet neighborhood setting with great a free parking garage. Breakfast was included and has a good selection of options. Room nice, no heat vent in bathroom. The sink/vanity is outside the bathroom with no wall to separate from the bed area, so the light is very bright. A dimmer switch or nightlight option would help make it more usable during the night. Common areas are nice, everything is clean. Didn't use the pool because it was full of children. A girls dance team was here during our first night and they were extremely loud in the hallways and inside their rooms. Not enough to complain to the hotel staff though. Overall, a positive stay and I'd definitely return if ever back in Columbus.”

Very friendly and accommodating. Lots of restaurants nearby. I was more impressed with the age and history of the building than worrying over concrete ceilings. They seem to buffer a lot of the city noise.”

“Very nice hotel. The proximity to the stadium was great! Rooms were clean and the staff were all very nice. The beds and pillows were comfy. My only complaint is the entranceway is a little cumbersome to get to. There's no alternative to valet parking, and waiting in line to be parked took a LONG time. I am surprised the city allowed this arrangement since it blocks traffic. Overall though, I would definitely stay again.”

“I decided to get a hotel at the last minute for Galaxy Con in Columbus. When I attend any conventions in Columbus, I usually don't stay over night since I love live an hour away. This time I planned to attend the Galaxy Con later than usual and stay later. I am glad I did. A friend recommended this hotel since it was close enough to the Greater Convention Center but not close enough to get caught in traffic. The rooms were clean and efficient and the staff was very friendly. Check in and Check out was super easy and there was no hassle. I will definitely return when I need to stay the night.”

“Rooms are comfortable and quite clean, including the bathroom featuring bright vanity mirror. Breakfast was fresh with a good selection of hot items, muffins and fruit. The grounds and lobby are kept clean. The staff are all friendly and accommodating to guest's requests. The location is excellent for Dublin, the north suburbs and downtown is just minutes away. An excellent value overall.”

“This hotel is disgusting. We came in from out of town in the middle of the night in hopes that we could rest peacefully and comfortably. The entire room was fifthly. There was hair on the pillows, previous guests food in the fridge, a hairball in the sheets, stains all over the couch. It was very nasty. I looked at two other rooms after complaining and they also were dirty. It seems like hair on the pillows / sheets in the trend at this hotel. All they did to “compensate” me was a $20 refund vs. a full refund. We were only there from 3am - 10am. Book at your own risk. Photos speak for themselves. I also have videos of the couch and fridge but it will not upload.”

“This is a new direct bill hotel for our company. First time we ever stayed there and everything was great. Bed was actually super comfy! I slept like 12-3 hours. Breakfast kind of needed restocked but it was ok. They had little packs of donuts which was pretty cool. Literally no hotel I’ve ever stayed at has had those. Not that I needed them but was a nice little treat. Pool looked nice but we weren’t there that long.”

“A great stay at The Urban! Micro-apartment was small, but well-designed and very clean. Adorable decor! Great areas for residents and guests with the community kitchens/sitting areas. Staff was friendly and helpful—I could see that Jared (Community Mgr) was very engaged with his staff and the running of the property. Signage for where to park and check in was the only thing that could be better. But really enjoyed my stay! Great job, Urban team! :)”
