“Less than welcoming check-in experience, like we were bothering them. The rooms were somewhat dated and both rooms had dirty carpets. It was nice to have a mini fridge. Breakfast was barely over continental. Potatoes were undercooked. No cream or half/half for coffee except for coffee mate. Turkey sausage was a challenge to swallow…flavorless. No orange juice (broken). Better than nothing but would have went out for a real breakfast had we stayed longer. My towel was also stained, which was disconcerting. It just did not live up to the Hilton brand, which I normally book.”

“We loved our stay here. Our family had a few rooms, even though there were a few HIgh School groups here, we did not hear them and the staff prioritize regular guests. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Senaiola Ana was amazing. She interacted with my kids and made sure were were being taken care of. She remembered us each day and continued the conversations from the day before.”

“This hotel was awesome! Their service was great and we went Christmas weekend. Our room was extremely clean and the hotel had a very new feel. The valet was courteous and efficient. Breakfast was good with options, I would have preferred some bacon as opposed to the turkey sausage, but that is being picky. The view from the room was spectacular at night. This is the hotel for me for my New York visits. I could not get over how clean the room was, and they allowed pets. That was great.”
