“It is a fantastic hotel, with very nice service and a good location. I don't remember when I felt so welcome last time. All was explained clearly, and we've received a lot of extra tips about what to see, where to go, how to move, or how to get to the airport. The food was delicious, and the room and bathroom were very clean. We liked the style of the furniture. We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is very close to the bus station, so we didn't have to go very far early in the morning. If we travel to Venice again, we will choose this place again. I can highly recommend it!”

“Really liked the hotel interior. We had a junior suite, which was beautiful. If the room was smaller, maybe I would have felt differently. The service is near to non existent, it seems like the hotel is on a budget and they don’t even give bottled water. Sometimes the concierge is not present and the hotel seems understaffed. Also, the lobby could use some revamp/renovation, such a beautiful building that gets carried away by its lobby. We spent most of the time touring Venice so the setup was amazing, however if you’re looking to stay in a complete hotel and expect more from the service, them this is not a good option. Also, the way to go here is with the junior suite, which really makes it feel like a 5 star hotel. I think this hotel has so much potential under a different management.”

“If you're looking to stay close to Venice at an affordable rate, this is it! Clean, modern room. A small kitchenette. Close to the train station to get you in and out of Venice. I lucked out big time when I found this spot online. I would 100% stay here again if I was visiting Venice. The staff was friendly and they have an Italian/American breakfast available too which consisted of pastries, meats, cheeses, pancakes, coffee and juice.”

“This hotel was wonderful to stay at during our visit in Venice. You can walk to other parts of the city and is nearby the taxi. The staff were helpful in providing suggestions on what to see and how to get there. Our breakfast was included and it was delicious. The staff in the breakfast area were so nice and checked on us frequently. The beds were comfortable and room was spacious for 3 people. The view outside our room was so pretty too! We would definitely come back and stay here.”

“From the time we arrived, until the time we left, the hotel went above and beyond to make sure this trip was top-notch. The hotel concierge was everything. They made sure our transportation was set to every destination that was planned. The rooms were amazing. They were huge and clean. Breakfast was delicious!! Everything about this hotel lives up to its name. Roberta was so sweet. I really wish I could remember all the staff names, because each one of them were top notch. Even the breakfast concierge. The birthday spa was so nice, and the views were breathtaking. I give this hotel for the making this out of the country hotel experience. Also, Luigi and his team were amazing with transportation. “Location was excellent. The only good thing I could say. Their star rating is completely undeserved and should be around 3.5-3. Hot water in the rooms runs out quite fast. Wifi is unusable - needed to cancel classes as a teacher - staff couldn’t care less when we complained, were rude, uncooperative and plainly bored with their jobs. The hotel breakfast was very average for 15€. The breakfast lady was the only nice staffer. The bed was uncomfortable and furnishings quite ancient. There are plenty of establishments nearby where you’ll benefit from the location that won’t ruin your stay otherwise.”

The second reason was the reasonable price for accommodation with breakfast. After our stay, I must say that I would happily choose this hotel again. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a variety of options. The staff was exceptionally kind, and they quickly learned our preferences for drinks after the first breakfast, which I truly appreciated. The double room was spacious enough, quit, and everything was kept clean. Overall, it was really pleasant stay.”

The hotel is old fashioned and some aspects of the room could be updated slightly but not to remove the quaint aspect of it. Edit: we left at 3:15am and the staff made up a breakfast bag for us and made sure we knew where we were going. I found this so helpful and lovely.”

“The Agora Park hotel is very well situated and has a lovely garden area with pool and sunbeds and is right on the beach. The bar staff, life guards, pool attendants and waiting staff all work really hard as well as the maids. The hotel is a credit to them! The hotel is spotlessly clean. Our waitress Edina was particularly lovely, kind and helpful and the waiting staff are all very efficient and friendly. We had a problem with our air conditioning which didn't work on arrival and we had to complain 3 times, with 2 nights and no sleep, but it was sorted out after that. There is very little soundproofing between rooms, so be warned and were kept awake with noisy guests next door, but there isn't much you can do about that. This hotel is very popular with Italian and German guests. We were the only English guests whilst on our 10 night stay. The food is delicious and certainly of a very good standard. Congratulations to the chef, who delivers tasty, fresh and delicious food every night. You have to pick whether you want a sunbed by the pool or on the beach, you can't do both or alternate, which is a shame. The reception staff are helpful but don't appear very approachable. I would stay here again, but won't because of the noise issue and also the furniture in the rooms is all very old and our chest of drawers was missing handles, scratched wood and the wardrobe door fell off! It is an expensive 3 Star Hotel! We have stayed at other 3 star hotels and 4 star Hotels and this price compares with other 4 stars in Jesolo. Very popular with families so lots of children and noise that goes with them! I would return for the helpful staff, the food and the lovely pool area, but the noise and the fact that there are no other English guests puts us off. Simone and Fredrico in the Pool bar were lovely, very friendly and I enjoyed a number of the cocktails and would love to have drinks there again, with them ! Thank you to everyone, who works very hard to try and ensure you have a pleasant holiday.”

“We had a rooftop room without jacuzzi, went for a week. Pros: + location, near beach, near city center + breakfast is nice, cakes very tasty + new furniture and all the hotel equipment , with some luck parking by hotel + harder materasses - for us perfect 👍 + breakfast staff after two days started to be friendly + bikes for free Cons; - rooftop rooms no privacy, you see all 4 terraces at once, no try to divide the space and make more private - you suffer from terrible jacuzzi sounds when guests that are not respectful (in our case, lesbian couple who was till 3am making perverse noises!!), maybe make some button that disables turning on in the middle of night since its really loud - cleaning ladies waking you up by vacuuming the floor at 7.30am, unfortunately the walls inside are not sound proof enough - same story when someone leaves door and slams in the way that all wall trembles - receptionist not really showing interest (yes, it is end of season but we pay as all other guests and expect a bit of proficiency) - very strange habits of refilling the hygiene products , eg. soap - we stopped then with letting the room to be cleaned and bought soap and shower gel by ourselves and only asked to change towels and bed linen - the smallest and thinnest fridge ever , you hardly put in one bottle of water - small water from minibar costs you 2eur - absolutely no storage space in bathroom , although under washbasin would be perfect option”
