2125 Terry Ave, Seattle, WA 98121, United States

“I would honestly say to me this is a solid 3 star hotel but definitely not a 4. The good: great location, a lot of restaurants around and even a wholefoods under the building also close enough to the highway. The bad: the cleaning its definitely not as expected washroom sink needed more attention also the toilet when I just got to the room still had a dark stain. The bed if you are a side sleeper it’s not very comfortable and pillows are way to soft (maybe time to change them). When I just got to the hotel they had by the door coffee and water that’s great however coffee was already cold! I get it it was already 3pm but if you can’t have hot coffee in the winter better not to offer it. The last and probably most annoying thing is that the door of other rooms make a lot of noise in the morning when people are leaving, maybe adding a softer close or something can help with this. Overall if you get it for a deal it’s not bad but I wouldn’t pay the full price of a 4 star hotel”

“I found this property for a split-second decision to stay in Bellevue instead of Seattle (my go-to choice). I’m glad I made the right choice and stayed at this property. Firstly, the representative at the front, Shenese (hope I have the spelling and name right), was lovely and very accommodating. A warm smile after a long drive with kids is so appreciated. The room was super clean and the ideal size for a family of four. The hotel has ample complimentary parking, decent pool and a free breakfast! Oberall, was pleasantly surprised. I will make this my new Seattle spot, considering the the amazing service , ideal location and hotel amenities.”

18415 International Blvd, SeaTac, WA 98188, United States

“We stayed here for an early flight out of sea tac and the room was a good price and very close to the airport. While we couldn't hear planes in the night, the interior walls were very thin and we could hear intimate details of what was going on in all the rooms around us. Who was talking, who was going to the bathroom, who was unlocking their door, etc. This would have been enough to keep me awake, but the heater was also incredibly loud in the room and the bed much too soft. Of note the room also had a very strong artificial floral smell. If you're a good, heavy sleeper, this is such a convenient place to go to the airport, but I did not find the space restful at all. I don't think this is the fault of anyone working there, just an unfortunate design.”

Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/issaquah

1800 NW Gilman Blvd, Issaquah, WA 98027, United States

“In a hotel cleanliness is key. There was mold growth in the shower and a empty water bottle under one of the beds. Hot tub wasn't working. Grit at the bottom of the pool and chlorine content was too high. Free parking was nice. For a Hilton I expect higher standards, that's why I pay more to stay there.”

“ONE STAR FOR A REASON. Read 👇 Updated Review: Owner's response points to exactly why the front desk staff person has such a difficult time. Clearly the "Owner" (not Hilton, but this franchisee) is the problem. The Owner doesn't realize that a company is a collective group of people. People are the business!! In the hospitality industry, as well as most businesses that consumer on the front end, the front line workers ARE the brand ambassadors. They are the ones that often determine the customer experience. People love or dislike a company, not just because of the product, but because of the great customer service or lack thereof. For some education, when I book a hotel, I always expect a room, with a pillow and a blanket. My critique and criticism was very much directed and the front desk employee, Further, you identified the employee as a "her". In my review I pointed out the time and date so they (Owner) would know which individual to retrain. However, I can now only suspect that the Owner's the one doing the training for the front desk person When I arrived got no hospitality, no welcome, no greeting, no smile. I travel very extensively, and this location needs training ... perhaps even a new Owner. Never had complaint at a Hilton property before. Good job on being the first one Woodinville. Great job Owner for not addressing the problem, nor knowing how to manage a hotel property, but also not knowing how to handle negative reviews! 😢 Original Review: Woodinville location front desk is a complete disaster. If Diamond Club member, they provide no value. The lady working at 5PM on 1/1/2024 is horrible in terms of service and hospitality. I travel a lot and the Woodinville front desk staff is the worst. Very sad.”

“Really cute, boutique hostel/hotel in the funky Fremont neighborhood close to many restaurants, bars and shops. We stayed here on New Years Eve and had a private room with its own bathroom. We enjoyed exploring the various markets in Fremont. The weather was good when we were there so we ended up walking to Gas Works Park via the canal and even walked up to Ballard! Unfortunately, we forgot an item in the room and contacted the owner and they quickly responded saying it was found and they were mailing it back to us. Thank you! Easy booking, good communication for arrival info. Recommended!”

“I had the absolute BEST experience here! I will HANDS DOWN be staying here again and very soon! Location is absolutely prime, it’s very close to the Pike Place market, which is within walking distance, literally steps… Zac checked me in early AND kindly upgraded me to their best room, on the top floor which also included a beautiful terrace. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and made my stay very welcoming :) The room was very clean and Taylor made sure that I was comfortable and had everything needed to make the stay cozy. I am SO happy and will be staying here again soon - the staff here are the best I have ever experienced staying at any hotel 🏨”

“Hotel was wonderful. Breakfast was absolutely stellar, pool wasn't as warm as I thought it would be, but def not cold and thankfully inside as well as the jacuzzi which was phenomenal! Service was... okay. Not sure if the lady meant anything about it but I live in my car and when i checked in was asked if i have pets, which i answered no, which was promptly followed by a rather confident "Oh okay, it's just that i saw a dog." That was me but... I'll let it pass I suppose. Other than that service was okay aside from slight judging looks.”

The Inn At Virginia Mason

“This hotel has so much potential. Some reviews said it has a "vintage charm" but, there wasn't any charm or a vintage feel here when I stayed. Everything just felt outdated and just kept well enough to get by. I think with a few cosmetic changes and a good vision, the correct management can give it a "vintage charm". (AC's in the rooms VS a window fan would be a good start.) The location is REALLY good and overall my stay here wasn't bad. I thought the Inn would have a more vintage style inside, but just an average hotel in a good location.”

Seattle Gaslight Inn

“I am a regular guest at the Seattle Gaslight Inn and there's no place I'd rather stay! My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and I've never booked another place in Seattle since then. I come up every other month for school and I absolutely love everything about the Inn. Having such a warm environment makes stressful weekends significantly better. Ryan and Joelle are phenomenal hosts and the animals are an added bonus. I've stayed in several different rooms and they have all been comfortable, clean, and relaxing. I've had the opportunity to connect with other guests and who have been kind and engaging which makes the Inn completely different than any other hotel. I am already looking forward to my next trip!”
