“Nicely decorated restaurant in a very nice environment. The coffee was good. However the apfelstrudel was not cooked enough and the dough was still raw on the bottom. We called out the waitress on this but she did not seem to care and told us it was normal in this way, and it could have been the dough getting moist from the apples. However this was definitely not the case as the dough was still quite elastic and clearly raw!”

“We had a dayspa with a gourmet dinner in this hotel, a unique experience, from the outside the structure looked small but once we entered we immersed ourselves in an incredible spa with many relaxation areas, saunas of various types, swimming pools and even a dedicated space tea and dried fruit, the sky pool was beautiful and the sauna on the top floor had a beautiful view. In the early afternoon a snack was opened at. Buffet with desserts but also pasta for those who haven't had lunch. The dinner was excellent, like every gourmet dinner the portions weren't very large but luckily before they start bringing the dishes a large buffet was open with appetizers of all kinds! Absolutely recommended for a day of total relaxation!”

“Very nice and new-ish hotel which is well located as a base to explore the Dolomites, although there is not much to do in town. It’s family friendly with 2 stunning pools and great wellness facilities. Most of the staff is kind, breakfast is stellar and food/diner is ok without being spectacular. Plenty of space in the garage although access is very very steep. They could use an additional lift in the building.”

“We had dinner at this hotel/restaurant while staying in Tramin for the week. The expectations were high due to the many reviews all spectacular. We have been accepted although it was late already (many thanks for the flexibility) and we ordered the locally produced Lagrein wine, together with a tris of Knödel, followed by lamb and beef cheek. Really enjoyed both food and wine, especially the cheek was super tender. Overall bill 100€, that's fair, maybe a bit on the high end, but that's I guess everywhere in the Tramin area. Recommended to anyone who wants to spoil him/herself with a tasty meal and wine selection in a nice environment in the city centre”

The staff is friendly and helpful. For skiing, the slopes are nice to start of with. A baby slope, a blue slope, and a red one. There are connections to other slopes in the area.”

“We stayed at hotel Tenz for a full week with our family - all adults. And we simply loved it. First of all the location is excellent situated in SudTirol. You can quickly get around to all the must see locations. The hotel staff is more the excellent and the atmosphere is lovely. You simply feel very welcome. We included breakfast and dinner in our booking which we didn’t regret. The breakfast is complete with many options. The dinner has 4 courses each day and we could pick out of 3 options for the main courses. This always included a vegetarian option. We were impressed by the quality of the food every single day. You have to find you way in the building given it has grown over time and is a combination of a number of buildings. We had an older room - most have been upgraded already - but ours was fine. Most important: very clean, warm water and enough room. And you will find both a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool plus sauna. If needed there are two ev-chargers who are relatively fast. Again we enjoyed our stay a lot thanks to Thomas and the team.”
