“Very Disappointed in this hotel. While the room itself is fine and fits the price, I paid up front for the room which should be in favor of the hotel. Unfortunately, my plans changed and I had to leave a few days early. No credit was offered nor was I given or offered any points or any attempt to do anything for the customer. Why should anyone pay up front to help out the hotel when I saved a mere $5 for such bad service to a long time hyatt member and customer. Poor customer service to say the least.”

“Good location, rooms are huge and have everything you might need. Breakfast everyday is just yummy… the pool is really nice and I would just say it’s a bummer there’s not a trash can anywhere but the lobby (and your room)… Room service is available, and I would say a little bit more light in each room… I was having a hard time getting all the lights in just to be able to work in the mornings! But other than that, housekeeping was really nice and attentive”

“The first time that I've left and went to another hotel. The only room they had for me was on the first floor with a horrible, musty smell. Even though I just walked in and out of the room and they didn't inform me it's on the first floor prior to check in, I have to pay the first night because I technically have already checked in. I also have to call tomorrow morning when a manager comes to try to refund my other nights. This is an expensive hotel that's so not worth the price! Stay elsewhere Edit: They sent me a receipt that charged me TWO nights even though I've been in constant contact (spoke to front desk in person once, confirmed with rep it'll be refunded, left a follow up voicemail to manager). What happened to "Hampton Guarantee"??? I'm being charged for night 2 even after I told them night 1 I'm cancelling the entire stay.”

“Room was comfortable and clean. Wi-fi worked good. The parking lot felt safe too. Front desk was friendly, helpful & prompt with any issues. Breakfast room had many choices, eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt ,waffles, Pastry, tea and a coffee dispenser with several drinks. I wish I had had time to take a swim in that beautiful pool.”

“Don’t go anywhere else! Honestly an incredible stay, especially for the price. The bed + pillows were extremely comfortable - which was much appreciated after a 17 hour flight and 24 hour travel day- The robe was a wonderful touch, and something you only see in nicer hotels. The decor was tasteful and aligned with Zen theme. Even though it was close to the road, it was very quiet. Grateful for the secure location and parking, kind staff. Really there wasn’t anything they overlooked. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will be booking again next time.”

“No hot water for over a day. I ended up checking out early to go stay in a different hotel and they are charging me an early check out fee. I’ve stayed about 15 nights at this hotel over 2 trips. The water heaters are very weak, at this hotel I usually take a shower with the heat turned up all the way and it’s still not very hot. Today my hot water went out and they offered to BRING. A. PITCHER. For me to shower with. This is a $200+ per night hotel. It also took them 30 minutes to come up with this solution. They said several rooms on my floor were having this issue, they should have advised me of this issue and had a solution ready. The WiFi is really bad, I sometimes have a hard time connecting to Marriott WiFi but this hotel is by far the worst and it will sometimes just go out. There’s also almost no where to unpack my clothes, it’s a very modern/minimal hotel so no dresser, just a small rack to hang clothes”

“Spent the night here - found a piece of pubic hair on top of the blanket and a long strand of hair on top of the AC. Plus the AC wasn't working or as cold despite putting the temperature at 61 degrees. Plus the remote control for the TV didn't really work - had to press buttons multiple times for the menu and change channels. Also didn't like that you could hear the traffic noise from the highway. But other than that the hotel was pretty quiet. Was very disappointed with breakfast - no scrambled eggs or sausages. Limited options despite it being a deluxe continental breakfast. One of the older lady who works there was nice and friendly but the front desk and manager didn't provide much of a welcoming atmosphere where checking in and leaving.”

Only thing was the pool is not heated pool if not this place would be perfect 😍 also rooms are clean. They have a microwave and fridge. No bathtubs. But it’s very comfortable and decent.”
