“All staff were very helpful and there was always someone around to help. Everyone always had a smile on their face which meant that everyone felt very approachable. Lovely service! The general atmosphere was welcoming and safe. There were activities you could join if you felt like it but were also able to have a quiet night if that was what you wanted. The free pasta for dinner and drink voucher was also very generous and much appreciated. A range of ages were visiting, even some families with kids. This was nice to see a lot of different people enjoying the space. There was also the opportunity to join activities in the night if you wanted to experience a bit more of a party atmosphere. Being right near the tram and very close to the train station made our stay even easier to visit Florence.”

The breakfast had a variety of bread, fruits, yogurt, cereals and their cappuccino was so good, I had 2 cups. Very reasonably priced, highly recommended when you're in Florence.”

The common area had a nice Christmas tree. The breakfast was fine, they had sufficient choices and made drinks to order. Since we were there for only one night we were out and about but if we had stayed in the tea time / wine hour would have been a good option in the afternoon. Rooftop bar was delightful for drinks and views. The pool was great to have during the hot weather; the sparkling water was cold but refreshing. The garden area around the pool was a wonderful respite from the busy Florentine streets. Rooms were simply appointed but with everything that was needed, with very comfortable beds; the rooms were spotless. Breakfasts were included and delicious, with a wide variety of foods. Other meals were not available at the hotel. Although the prices were high in peak season, we felt the amenities were worth it and would definitively stay there again.”
