“Lovely hotel, staff were generally very nice and helpful; however it is a bit dated and the air con could do with upgrading. Did notice the owner frequently micromanaging and barking orders at the staff which did bring the atmosphere down at times. The pool is amazing and the breakfast is great. Get some cocktails by the pool if you go, it was the best part! The restaurant dinner was not value for money. And is a 15 minute taxi from anything else in Syracuse.”

“The complex is beautiful with a view of Noto, you can get everywhere quickly by car and the room was also nice. The staff is very friendly. The dinner is delicious, the breakfast was ok. It was very relaxing that nobody occupied the sun loungers by the pool with towels and you could always find a spot. We really enjoyed our stay. What could be improved in our opinion: The cleaning lady wanted to come at 9am each morning while we were still asleep. After that she didn't come at all. The air conditioning cannot be used at night, but there are no mosquito nets on the windows, which is why we had a lot of mosquitoes and bugs in the room.”

“I went on a family trip to Sicily and stayed here for a few nights. The location was absolutely wonderful! Peaceful and extremely beautiful. The rooms had airconditioning and the beds were really comfortable. You can comfortably sleep 4 people in each. The staff was AMAZING. I cannot stress that enough. Andrea, Jessica, Joo, and the entire crew were so accommodating and kind, it was actually ridiculous. The food was delicious! They use ingredients fresh from their garden and around the ranch. And they were never in a rush to kick us out. Always asking if we needed anything else. Andrea also coordinated a few excursions for us. There is a pool as well which was perfect for how hot it was. If you have the opportunity to spend some time here. Do it!”

“The hotel - the entire property, the rooms, the grounds, the pool and surrounding scenery are breathtaking. However, my husband and I had the misfortune of booking a wedding here June of 2020 and it was the most heart-wrenching, terrible, compassionate-less experience one could have imagined. Obviously the entire world and the business were going through lots of chaos and everyone was terrified of COVID and dealing with real health risks. We understood this and were willing to work with whatever we could salvage from the scenario given the hardships felt on all sides. However, over the course of two years and numerous back and forth with rescheduling and then finally needing to cancel due to immense travel restrictions in 2021, this hotel treated us with such little respect. They refused to offer us even a portion of our deposit back nor did they even offer to give back a portion of our deposit as a stay credit, even in the off-season. We lost about 20K euros from the deposit and absolutely nothing back. I feel compelled to write this now, even after all these years as I feel those who are looking at this hotel as a venue should be warned. I see natural disasters (severe weather, fires) and unplanned scenarios unfortunately continuing to unfold and want future couples to know how this hotel will treat you should that ever happen to anyone else.”
