The website tells you everything you need, but being here shows you that there is much more. Very helpful and skilled staff in every area: reception, restaurant, bar, maintenance, entertainment, beach and pool. Perfect for kids (we travel with a currently almost 2 years old baby girl), across the street from the comfortable beach, snack bag for kids in the morning, snacks in the afternoon for everyone, aperitifs before meals at the bar… The open bar is great, and all our experiences got the best bartenders (best coffee in the area every single time). Great restaurant staff, massive choice of food for all ages and taste, and it is all delicious. The entertainment for kids is a lot of fun, and the children are really looked after and involved in different activities. Well… enough words… come and try yourself!”

“August 2021 The hotel: very clean, staff is extremely well trained and very accommodating. Location is a few minutes walk from the beach area. No entertainment offered in the evenings as other hotels and no play area for children. Pool: Terrible, not at all as advertised on website. Different pool entirely! Dirty, too many people, poor management and far from the hotel to walk to especially with little kids. The pool is small, tiny area for infants and I rarely saw a lifeguard. Food: was excellent for lunch and dinner, breakfast was very limited and the same every single day. Same as appetizers before lunch and dinner, always the same. Beach: Would not suggest going with the beach reservation through the hotel, because you have to pay the beach and also the hotel for using beds. The beach Denis they were affiliated with had a poor play area for kids compared to the other beaches houses and the water front is full of boats. Too many chairs, not much room. Not ideal for kids.”

They were attentive to our needs (one person with disabilities and one person with celiac disease). Always friendly and with a smile. We will definitely be happy to return. “the property itself was mid. what struck me as a guest the most was the ridiculously disrespectful staff. Visiting the hotel towards the end of the season we were one of the few guests staying there. one could assume that thanks to this the attention paid to a single guest would be even higher, resulting in a better hotel-guest relationship. however, you couldn't be more wrong in the case of hotel favorita. Starting from complete absence of the will to help guests to find out the most basic information about the city, or provide the guests with the most basic supplies, it only got worse. if you don't mind extremely loud parties in the middle of the night organized by the management of the hotel on the roof you could be happy with your stay. however, me traveling with my partner, who, during the stay, got sick with a fever, we had to struggle with complete lack of empathy, lack of understanding and stubbornness. The management regularly organized, huge loud parties for themselves right above our room and would not turn the music down after the curfew, would be rude and impolite when we confronted them about the problem, the only solution proposed was changing rooms in the middle of the night. the ridiculousness of the situation is obvious. after many complaints, no apology from the staff we were told that we as the guests should be more understanding of the management's will to party after two months of working, and that our money spent for our stay was less relevant than their will to get drunk and play loud music at 3 AM while dancing and stomping and moving furniture right above our heads for the whole night. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, despite decent distance from the beach. you could not find a worse hotel with worse management than hotel favorita. 0 refund, 0 apology, 0 respect. will not return.”

“Impeccable restaurant staff we ate really well every day the only thing that bothered me was that on the second day without even notifying us the day before they changed the table from the mezzanine room to the lower room!! Unfortunately, the rooms are not soundproofed, yes there are really too many noises coming from the other rooms and from the corridor .... and the mattress is too hard for my taste with 2 singles joined to make a double (bad idea) the location of the hotel is not bad”

There is also a shared kitchen complete with everything, including a fridge, for cooking meals independently and a special room for eating meals (you can also order them in the various rooms or take away).
